Review 1：Nothing bad but just a good walk into the town, which seemed dark and dangerous on way home as taxi is hard to come by

Review 6：Loved the service, pool, massage, Bistro with gourmet meals & location. Amazing! The decor was wildly cool and especially adored the outside tables, that reminded me of my dad's work, taking large cable spools, painting them and turning them on the side to be tables! Loved it!

Review 7：Long way from the city center and the lake. It says on the webpage, that there were free bikes available, but when we were there they told us that is was "only" a week ago they changed this so we needed to pay for the bikes. The breakfast was a simple buffet, but not something fancy.

Review 15：Ziba Hotel is a lovely hotel. It is very clean and staff helpful and friendly. The spa was great and staff there equally as helpful as in the hotel.

Review 16：Spa open 3-8 (we arrived at 6.30 for one night and weren't told this on arrival or booking. So went to the spa to be told it shuts in 30 mins!

Review 22：I booked in 16/09/2014 and wanted to pay the bill immediately by cash. I was informed that the hotel had taken 155 euros out of my account 10 days earlier without any authorisation from me. It took a lot of discussion and wasn't until the 3rd day that this money was refunded. I asked several times to see the manager but this wasn't possible. She phoned me on the last evening and refused to pay any charges made by my bank or any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. The rooms are just as advertised but the hotel is a20 min uphill walk from Peschiera del Garda and on a very busy main road and there is no double glazing. Our room sounded like it was at a race track and to avoid the noise we were moved to a room with no windows. The breakfast looks good but the coffee was dreadful - surprising in Italy - and the croissants were stale.

Review 44：Spa was basic, limited hours (4 per day) and with no spa treatments ofany kind available. Hotel was in a transition of ownership and thus notall facilities were available. Booking.com website also listed bicycleavailabilty but this was not the case. That said, there are severalbicycle hire facilities within 200 metres of the hotel. Given thelimited facilities we felt it was a little expensive.

The staff listened to our complaints(see "What didn't you like?") and acted on themappropriately. Would recommend the hotel to others.
