Review 1：The room was very dirty the balcony was very dirty and bird poo al over balcony the table on the balcony was very dirty i had to clean it myself the couch smelt musty didnt sit on it we only stayed 2 nights. On the sunday we went out early and stayed out all day so we didn't have to stay in unit it was rated 8.5 out of 10 4 star i dont think so very disappointing never stay ther again

Review 3：Room not ready when we checked in. Balcony was very dirty. Cleaner was supposed to come back to clean it but never did. We had to go to reception the next morning and then it was cleaned no problem but it was too late then. Kitchen not very well equipped. No trolleys to carry luggage.

Review 14：Not provided with free wifi, beach towel for pool, ongoing laundry detergent (towels needed to be washed and no detergent) - this should be provided when apartment is not serviced. Car park directions should be clearer and location of car park door marked more clearly. Car park below very cramped and difficult to manoeuvre. In the end we parked on the street.

Review 16：It was difficult to book into apartment as reception had closed. I called the number only to get voicemail, then when I did get onto someone, the night safe would not open to get our keys. The car park was also a nightmare with my allocated spot taken. Trying to find another was also difficult. I decided to check out the following day even though I had booked for 2 nights, reception refused to refund the money saying they would not be able to get the room booked for that night, well they did. This made my experience all the more awful as they were rude and unhelpful.

Review 18：We all felt our 5 rooms were worn and grubby, need painting and 1092 lounge needs cleaning asap. Beds need comfortable under blankets. At the price paid we did not expect to have to clean up nor make only 2 towels last 5 days. Not realistic for mature adults.

Review 21：Position of the unit. I had asked for a sea view and got it on the 5th floor. I slept like a log on all nights with no external influences such as alcohol or sleeping tablets. A bit noisy at garbage collection time only.

HELATH AND SAFETY issue** the step out from the shower/bath was VERY extreme. It needs to have a step built beside the bath to facilitate your access out of the bath to the floor level. someone will fall taking the step out of the bath and smash their face on the floor.

The view was excellent yet may be altered in future as Ultima are building a multi-story building which will block some of the available view.

Review 51：The carpet was very dirty, we ended up with dirty feet. Bathroom needed a good clean, I discussed with reception staff our concerns. They were going to rectify things. friends in another unit had similar problems and had their 3 bed unit re cleaned after they moved in. Bed was a queen, thought we were getting a KSize.

Review 52：The unit was a good size,huge balcony, kitchen well equiped, plenty of cupboard space through out the apartment, staff were very friendly. Close to Coolangatta walk to everything, bus/shuttle stops close by to other places friends used them. Linen and towels very clean.

Review 53：Unfortunately there were problems with the lift swipe cards not working and air-conditioning in the rooms (hopefully resolved the day after our departure). Staff did their best under the conditions and resolved the issues to the best of their ability. Will come back despite these issues.

Review 56：Stayed 3 nights and it was great... stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that had everything that was needed it was like being home very comfortable beautiful ocean views. .. The mall is a 3 min walk around the corner... restaurants and cafes are 4 mins walk down the road and the beach is also 5 mins walk... there's a great little cafe downstairs that make a fantastic coffee and breakfast... enjoyed laying by the pool and taking a dip... will definitely be staying here again on next trip... and the staff were just amazing even got me better rates and confirmed all the details through bookings.com

Review 71：No curtains on lounge room, so you have to close the shutters on the balcony. Kitchen crockery is light on - one set of 4, so only enough to cover one meal before needing to wash up. Shower head was terrible, spraying everywhere. Pool area needs shade.

Review 78：The apartment was so spacious, modern and fitted out with absolutely everything you need in a self-contained apartment! The balcony was huge and the views were fantastic. Literally a 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Loved it!!

Review 79：The airconditioning did not work in the bedrooms which both faced the belting afternoon sun. When we advised the front desk we were told the maintenance man was not in (it was a Saturday) and offered one fan to share between two bedrooms and sarcastically told how to use airconditioning - ie shut the balcony doors - who would have thought!!! My goodness! No offer of apologies or any kind of compensation. The balcony tiles were filthy and we had to put a towel at the door so as to not tread footprints onto the carpet. The mixer tap in the kitchen was also loose and we advised the staff of this. The television was limited foxtel channels and we could not access free to air. A shame our balcony was on level 2 facing a baron of nothingness which was the roof of the pathway between the north and south towers and faced the permanent unit windows. One lift in the north tower was out of access.
