Review 1：No toiletries changing on a daily basis. Photos of room and other facilities didn't match what was actually provided. That's a big negative.

Review 3：Very good rooms. Neat and clean. Add on kitchens in all the rooms makes the stay very convenient. The facilities are just as promised on the website. There's a great pool - clean, with a Jacuzzi on one end, an well equipped gym and an indoor games area as well as a steam room. What really impressed me was the staff. They were very courteous, prompt and helpful. We had to celebrate a friend's birthday and the staff obliged by decorating the room in advance and even ordered additional cake.
Review 4：WIFI is not available, 2G dongle was provided with low quality connection which wouldn't help you if you won't bring your laptop! Restaurant wasn't available at hotel. Around 1 hour away from the airport without traffic jam. at least 1 hour away from sunburn considering the traffic during those days.
Review 5：Staff was kind and helpful. Pool was clean. 10 minute far from Baga beach with a motor bike. Decent restaurant was available 5 minute away driving a motor bike.
Review 6：There was no medical firat aid box not even a simple medicine like paracetamol was available nit even staff was available to get the medicine frm chemist. Wrong information abt pool view at the time of booking . Microwave was not that good in working condition .should cstomer get refund on the basis of mis information or fake commitments given
