Review 1：The place was great, fantastic location, beautiful view, massive breakfast but what stood out the most was our host. We have never come across someone so hospitable, generous, gracious and friendly who completely went out of his way for us. We don't speak a word of Italian but our host was very patient with us. We even arrived after the restaurant had closed but they still cooked a meal for us. Can't rate this place highly enough!!!!!

Review 2：Not really the hotel's fault but the hotel's address is on a small side street despite the fact that the hotel is on the main Minturo street. As such our Garmin GPS could not find the hotel.

Review 3：Very helpful staff. We had lost our power converter. The man at the desk loaned us a converter and then gave us good directions to a store where we were able to purchase a couple of new ones. We also really enjoyed the free bikes they have available for guests.

Review 4：small and noisy room (since early morninig) - the room looked on back-street english speaking staff work as cleaners while a lot of receptionists don't speak english

Review 6：The exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff!!! Thanks a lot! We were given all the necessary directions around the area, the next morning we even were given the bikes to explore the neighbourhood %) Also, quite nice wine was offered for dinner in the restaurant.

Review 11：Everything was super, we were welcomed like at home, great food, great room, great staff. Also we got a bikes for free, to travel around.

Review 12：The position is right across the road from the beach, great walks along the boulevarde. The family that run the hotel are very nice and the food in their restaurant is also very good.
