Review 1：The hotel is excellent, located on the promenade along lake Garda, with the pool and upstairs sun terrace facing directly the lake. My single room was not very spacious but is comfortable and has partial lake view. There is a window in both the room and the bathroom, bringing in a lot of light. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The hotel is about 2km from the train station of Peschiera del Garda, and the taxi fare is 7 euros. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Review 3：We had booked 2 nights, from Oct. 15th to Oct. 16th and from 17th to 18th.I fell ill, so we had to cancel the trip, also the second night.The very friendly lady at the reception spoke to her manager and we didn't have to pay the second night.It was long after cancellation deadline, he needn't have offered this generous service. We will be back at Peschiera- and at San Marco

Review 4：The greatest problem is that there are not enough parking places for all the guests. We avoided using our car in the afternoon to avoid parking problems. The other (small) problem was that at breakfast the coffee (I asked for a cappuccino) was not at all to my taste, I mentioned the problem and the next morning I got a better cappuccino based on an espresso which improved somewhat the situation.

Review 5：The view is superb, the location (close to the center but quiet) is excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. We specially appreciated Laura's intelligence and efficacy. For a 3 star hotel the facilities (24 hour front desk, Air conditioner, elevator, in room safe plenty of room to hang your things and place for suite cases) is exceptional. The breakfast is also varied and rich with one problem (see next topic).

They gave wi-fi login/password only for one gadget. Room was fine, but it was equipped with pretty old furniture and in my opinion it should be great to enhance facilities, like a dryer for example.

Review 15：Beds should be replaced - too uncomfortable. Conditioning is bad - air-stream is targeted right on beds. Wifi is really poor - unstable and narrow.

Review 17：Beds were terribly hard and concave. Pillows were so flat. We did not sleep well at all. We asked for more pillows and they gave them to us but it did not help. The hotel seems to have a bit of an identity crisis. It has a very swanky lobby, bar and pool area as seen in the photos but the dining area is a gharish purple and green and the rooms are a totally different vibe. They were large enough and well appointed but the beds... My back is still recovering.

Review 24：We were absolutely satisfied, accomodation was nice, clean, breakfast buffet rich (we really appreciate lots of fruits). Hotel is near a lake, into a center you take just a short walk.

Review 25：The carpet of the room was very dirty. The bathroom smelled bad. The toilet, sink and shower were clean, but the tiles of the floor and the wall were very dirty. This was the only negative aspect of our experience in your hotel, but it is a very important one.

(1)There should be more pillows so that if like me you like your head high when you sleep you can sleep more comfortable.With a very just one thin pillow which I had to fold in two didn't give me comfortable sleeps.(2) Internet should be free and available for everyone in the room.When one computer is using the internet,any one else wanting to connect should have the opportunity to do so and not have to wait for the one computer to exit so they can use it.Also the mini bar which only has a couple of small bottles of water which should be given as a compliment are expensive.For 3 small bottles of water to be charged 8 euros I think that is expensive.

Review 37：The pool looks fantastic but is impossible to use in September unless you're a penguin or a polar bear because the sun goes behind the hotel in the afternoon a heater would be a good idea. A few sliced tomatoes to go with the nice selection of cooked meats and cheeses at breakfast would'nt go amiss and nor would free wi fi.

Review 38：The location was on the lakeside a few minutes walk between the town to the right and the first beach to the left. We woke up to a view overlooking the magnificent scene of the lake and the mountains beyond. We went in September and weren't troubled by mosquitos so could leave the windows open. Breakfast was excellent especially if you like cakes.

Review 43：Staff didn't seem very interested in delivering a quality service and weren't proactive in their work. Although the cleaner of the rooms was good and efficient. Poor range of snacks available at the bar. They could sell chocolate bars, nuts etc. The TV in the room only had BBC World channel other than Italian TV channels. Breakfast was also poor, the milk and yoghurts were warm. Again the waiting staff did the minimum to help at breakfast time. In the evenings there was poor lighting on the veranda where people sat. The receptionist working in the afternoon/evening was very helpful and polite. Overall the stay was fair.

Review 53：Some staff not friendly to British tourists. Felt this accommodation was catering for German/Austrian/Belgian guests. Beds had one pillow, got one more but was still flat for some reason. Rooms were a bit dated compared to other parts of the hotel. Bar was not open in the evenings.

Very good location for town and drove to Verona in 45 mins, not far from the main motorway by car (approx 20 mins).
