Frühstückshotel Zerza is only a 10-minute walk from the Millennium Express cable car of the Nassfeld ski area in Hermagor. It offers a breakfast buffet, various saunas and a foot.
All rooms with private bathrooms and apartments provide a balcony and a TV. Some also have fully equipped kitchens.
In winter, free ski storage and a free shuttle service to the Millennium Valley Station is available. Reduced ski passes can be bought at the Frühstückshotel Zerza

Review 1：We stayed in the Annexe and the apartment was perfect - well equipped and within meters of the Millennium lift - Gerhardt even stayed up very to let us in when our flight was late - made to feel welcome

Review 2：Maybe it would be good if the kitchen had a little more furniture. But it is not a thing we didn`t like, just an opinion or advice.

Review 3：We had a wonderful time during our stay in the apartment and in Tropolach-Nassfeld. It wa a great time for skiing and after ski relax in the house saunas. We will come back soon, and also recommend our hosts and hotel-garni to our friends.

Review 4：Our apartment (81 m2) was in the separate house from the main Hotel Zerza house and it was even closer to the ski lift (3-4 minutes walking distance to the main ski lift). Every morning we had to go to the main hotel Zerza house for the breakfast (it was 5-6 minutes walking distance). The breakfast was excellent (huge bucket of nutella was too tempting). Staff was very polite and apartement was cozy in Austrian style. Thank you hotel Zerza for pleasant stay!

Review 16：Warm welcome. Compact room but well designed and spotlessly clean. Lovely balcony to enjoy sunsets over the adjoining houses and fields. Good breakfast buffet with a huge range of continental style goodies.

Review 23：It is fantastic small hotel, with very friendly staff. Quiet location,ideal for skiing ( 8 min walk to lifts) and other mountains activities.Strongly recommended. Only problem is that there are only 2 members ofstaff you can communicate in English.
