Review 1：However, the staff at the recetpion are not knowledgeable about Trivandrum. A simple question about good restaurants in Trivandrum couldn't be answered. Management should keep a list of restaurants, perhaps by cuisine, their location and if possible, the average cost per customer. Same with movie houses, key attractions etc., because most of your customers are strangers to Trivandrum and will need limited concierge service. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities are inadquate. They didn't have a detergent and brush to wash the plates after use.

Review 2：Overall cleanliness is good, rooms are convenient and is ideally located. The staff are nice and obliging. I won't mind returning here.

Review 4：Location was good - 10 min from railway station. About 50rs. Service at the hotel was excellent with the staff going out of there way to help us with all of our questions! Breakfast was lovely. Freshly made eggs- the best omelette I'd had in a month in India. And of course, the room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Perfect.

Review 5：When we entered strong smell of food in the lobby since the dining area is the same, so first impression was not good. After that everything only got better.

Review 6：The first thing is the attitude to children, "All children are welcome." Very few hotels say that. We had to upgrade to get the pull out bed for the kids. They gave us a discount on that even before we asked! The service was good. They helped us with the pull out bed and gave good suggestions for gifts. Service was prompt when we had a problem with the TV remote. Very clean and well maintained. Location was great. Adequate breakfast. Definitely value for money. Can easily recommend this to others.
