Review 1：Couple of mosquitoes invaded the apartment. Laundry washer wasn't working, but Bruno let us use the facilities in another unit.
Review 2：Nice clean, spacious apartment with marina and ocean views from deck. Quiet and very peaceful. Also could see Elba Island. Some distance from old town, but plenty of services nearby. Bruno, the apartment manager was helpful and very knowledgeable.
Review 3：Nothing bad to say - would have been a bonus to have had kettle, toaster and a proper cooker.
Review 4：Check-in procedure very informative and friendly (excellent English). We had a sea front apartment which had lovely views to the marina. Apt was of an excellent size. The complex is on the outskirts of town so meant it was very quiet. Parking on site really good and secure.
Review 5：Round stairs in the appartment we've got might cause issues for an older person or a child. Would be good to include it as an info in the appartment description.
Review 6：Perfect place near to a small beach ( more beaches available with car) and far from the laud center. Nice staff and clear appartement with amazing view to Elba island. All equipment given (we were missing wine glasses though).
Review 7：The Location is 15 minutes walk away from old town which is okay...everything needed was available in the apartment and the facilities were well equipped, especially for longer stays...but for us it felt like a very sterile and uninhabited place...very ready for people to come but not very warm itself...very sad, especially since the apartments are quite new...not our taste but maybe for other people. Book a room with balcony, the other ones are quite dark...it's also worth booking a room with balcony to the sea. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English - rare in Italy;)
Review 8：Had booked an apartment with a 'sea view'. On arrival the apartment only had a sea view if you had a very long neck or stood on a chair. The manager responded well to our complaint and gave us another apartment with a decent view. Be warned. Check in advance.

Review 10：Fairly new property-the 2 bedroom was large-nice balcony and kitchen-Close to the small beach area/yacht club-free underground parking-Remember this is an Apt. not a hotel room with daily service
Review 11：You have to check-in only until 20:00. With flights landing way later into the night, maybe you can think of having a key-collection service 24 hours...it's hard to understand now-a-days that it is impossible to collect a key at night and do the formalities the next day.

Review 13：The design of the complex is very inconvenient with long uncovered walk to the lift and car park, not easy with luggage or shopping.. There is also a ridiculously long walk to the garbage bins. The complex is rather noisy and there is no private place to sit outside. No electric kettle and no grill or toaster.

As a group of 7 there are some obvious things that we encountered; slow wifi, ran out of hot water (challenging after returning from the beach and everyone needing to shower) and the apartment had a clothes washer but no dryer. Overall our stay was good and we would definitely stay again.

Obviously there are photos of the best apartment but it's not the same you will always get. The problem is I've paid the same price for apartment which not comply with that one that I wanted to.

Good location, above the marina, close to some walking routes, ferry to the islands and in good car distance to lots of nice places in tuscany. Perfect for relaxing and having your own days without any disturbance. Friendly staff, they have good advices for day trips, shopping and sightseeing.

Review 24：It's was great the apartment was clean with all facilities and in a quite residential area near the seaside down the road. We cooked and we really enjoyed our self the guy at the reception was very nice. I will definitely go back very reasonable price. Hire a car to travel around.

Review 27：A smell in the apartment which I think was a left over from the previous tenants cooking but we could not get rid of. It was liveable but it put a dampener on the accommodation. Showers need to be brief because if you are not the first person it will be Luke warm at best.

Review 30：Apartment in quiet area with sea view. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect WiFi connection. Satellite TV with all free to air channels (most languages). Free parking in indoor garage. Hiking trails start close to the apartment. City center at 20 minutes walking.
Review 31：The location in early October is isolated with almost no facilities like shops and Restaurants close. The apartment itself was bright and attractive but lacked comfortable lounge chairs and the kitchen equipment was sparse. British visitors would welcome a kettle and a toaster together with instructions for other kitchen equipment. A starter pack would be useful as having buying full size packs of dishwasher tablets, washing powder and even things like salt, sugar and oil for just a few days is irksome. I would not recommend it after the end of September.

Our balcony comfortably seated two of us at a table - No room for more chairs (comfortably), and certainly impossible for any loungers. To be fair, other apartments were better, so make sure you don't get H47. Only 1 restaurant within a 10 minute walk.

Review 39：All you'll read down here will look as advert... no. NO. This is reality! Hotel is a brand new (!) "small town in a city", situated right over beautiful yacht port - Marina Di Salivoli, right at the high sea side. Apartments differs a lot from each other - there are very big (2-3-4? rooms + terraces) as well as small with balcony only, with sea view and inside view only (that is the point you have to arrange before booking). We were lucky, and our apps were REALLY fantastic! 2 separate rooms, big equipped toilet room, grrreat sea-side terrace with table, chairs and biiig umbrella... All equipment at the kitchen was brand new - refrigerator with 2 cameras, microwave, induction plate (x4), plate-washing machine, dryer, washing machine, iron with the table, electronic safe. A lot of plates, cups and all needed kitchen stuff - for 10 persons minimum! Brand new furniture, windows, inside and outside doors. Big bed in one room and wide sofa in the other - both were comfortable, soft chairs, a lot of linen... English-speaking personal and very pleasant managers! Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Everything was PERFECT! Via lift (!) we can get to a small nice sandy beach with very flat bottom - 3 minutes of walk. A restaurant is directly on a beach - not so good looking, but very tasty (!!) and cheap with smiley English speaking personal (10% off for hotel guests!). Underground garage - very big (2 levels) - with automatic gates. 5 min by car for big supermarket or 3 min walk for a small shop with all the same (a bit more expensive). So... it's a kind of paradise. Ready to sign under each word! Recommend to everyone - you'll have a great time being here!

Review 45：It was the best apartment I've stayed at. It had everything you could wish for. Everything from dishwasher to laundry machine to a terrace/balcony. And the design was clean and modern. Excellent over all. The nearest beach was okay but I would suggest going to the rocky beach 5-10 min away (depends if you take car or not), it was beautiful! The staff was also very polite and service minded.

Review 49：The location is fantastic, just next to the beach with a beautiful sea view. Other quoeter beaches were easy to walk to along a fabulous coastal view path. Brilliant local food. The bus into town leaves from just outside the apartment. The apartment itself was entirely new and very nice, plenty of space, quiet. A few things in the kitchen were missing but the staff quickly replaced them, the customer service was excellent. Overall I recommend this place very highly!

Very relaxing & tranquil place to stay but not too far from the next town that had some lovely restaurants and bars. The local beaches that are only short drives away were beautiful & many of them to explore. Will be returning :-)
