Review 1：The room was dirty starting from the windows to the bed. You can also find broken things as the clothes hangers and the windows.Worst croissants ever.

Review 3：We would not recommend the restaurant – the portions were very small and also the menu doesn’t mention all the types of food that may be ordered within the restaurant. We were disappointed by the fact that at the table next to us the waiter brought a plate ( pasta con cozze) although it was not mentioned in the menu. When I asked the waiter about the reason for which the pasta con cozze is not included within the menu he suggested us that we should order the same as it if we should know about this type of food- probably in his point of view the tourists should know all the specific plates that are served in the restaurant. Our impression about the restaurant was that for the tourists there is ,,special” menu including only few type of dishes, small portions and high prices while for the locals specific Italian plate are served.

Review 4：We have enjoyed our holiday in the hotel and we would definitively return to it if it would be return to Piano di Sorrento. As main advantages: position and view almost ten minutes by walk to the Circumvesuviana railway station helpful and polite personnel good price for the rooms good breakfast

Review 7：The water at the first day wasn't hot. And after that it took more than 5 minutes to get really hot. The room is small. Car parking is paid and outside the hotel.

Review 28：The sea view is absolutely stunning and the staff are amazing. Myself and my partner had some difficulties with our travel (we were not able to hire our car in Rome) the staff spent about an hour helping us and ended up arranging a car!! Great place for a brilliant price.

Review 31：The shower curtain could be replaced with a glass enclosure for hygienic reasons. One more blanket for cool nights. The hot tub water was not warm - it might have been too early in the season.

Review 32：The staff went above and beyond trying to help us - we were so well accommodated. They kept asking if there was anything more we wanted at breakfast. Also whenever we had questions, they tried to get us answers. Very, very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious-the service friendly. Very well situated to get to Sorrento. We enjoyed the Mercato on Monday morning-what great shopping. They were very helpful in securing alternate solutions for our transfers and helped us get the best for our budget.

Review 34：La Ripetta is a quaint hotel with a rustic feel to it. Our room had an amazing view of the water. The location was not even 10 minutes by foot from the train which was easy access to different amenities. That area of Sorrento was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The food at their restaurant was excellent. Their customer service was beyond superior. They owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and helped us find our way around easily. They made us feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 35：The place itself is a bit run down in parts - reception is nice and the restaurant, but our rooms was a bit tatty. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom and into the bedroom. Even though it does say in small print in the email, it did pass me by that we wouldn't be able to use the Wellness suite and we'd have to pay 15 euros per hour for use of it. I think that's a bit of a shame and since they have it there may as well let hotel guests use, but I guess it is a budget place.....

Review 36：Views over the bay are stunning - enjoyed watching the sun go down! Hotel receptionist was also really lovely and helpful in giving us train times and ferry times to Capri. Location to train station is quite good - about 10 min walk to Piano di Sorrento station and you can be in Sorrento in a few minutes. From that perspective it was a good place to set off for our travels along the coast. We also had a meal in the restaurant and it was nice and reasonably priced. There are a few small shops over the road - a Gelato shop, and a traditional Italian coffee bar.
