Review 1：Would have liked to have more fruits choices for breakfast (only 3 choices - pineapple, watermelon, melon), a few more options of the continental breakfast would be nice (we only had an omelette, every day, as it was an only choice).

Review 2：Clean room, very polite helpful staff, room service is fast, a surprise cake on departure, clean drinking water in the room every day. A very pleasant stay.

Review 8：First, they allocated us a room which was already occupied! So we had to wait for sometime till the right room is allocated to us. Also, in the middle of the night, the ceiling started dripping water, and it seems that the AC duct was overflowing. They should perform these routine maintenance actions well in time.

Review 12：The pool was a little small. It would be great to have a couple of shade cabanas up there or at least an umbrella as it was really hot on the roof top with no shade. There isn't much nearby, but it is near the railway and bus station. You can walk to town, maybe 15mins (tho rough pavements) or easily catch a tuk.

Review 13：Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfy and the room was fine. Breakfast was good, lots of lovely local food as well as omelettes etc. We ate at the restaurant and that was great too. Didn't seem much around the near area for shopping etc. we booked in very early and they tried to get our room ready quickly. We had a complimentary breakfast while waiting which was really fantastic!

Review 20：The prices for taxis are very high. A hotel transfer come to almost 20$ while it should be about 4-5$. On top of this the car that you get for that amount of money is just as bad as the rest of the taxis on the street. The breakfast should be better for a 5* hotel, more variety, the non-indian food should be of a better quality. The internet could be problematic. In the evening you can have serious problems with the speed which are gone around midnight.

Review 21：The hotel is relatively new so no "ghosts" of previous guest. I got a standard room and the size is good for sure. The room and the bathroom were very clean. You get a large screen TV (the HD channels are not available though). The staff is really welcoming and ready to please you. I got the room for about 3000Rs per night so it was a great value for the money. Still, some minor improvements can make a big change.

Review 22：Cleanliness is very good however some special care would be advisable especially in the rest room. For 5 * hotel there should be minimum 2 large towels instead one piece. Check in took too long. All noice on the corridor is penetrating rooms also all noices in bathrooms and next rooms... Slow internet

Review 28：I had a very nice stay at this hotel: the service level is over the top and the facilities are brand new. One of the best stays I've ever experienced! Excellent food is served at the restaurant at the ground floor (Café Jade).

What about a child who does not need an extra bed?.I was travelling with my 12 year old son and I did not want an extra bed. They insisted me on paying for extra person.. As per rules probably they were right but as a family person to me it was disgusting. i told them i am willing to pay for my kids breakfast but they were not willing. i have booked through booking.com many countries but this kind of an attitude towards children is BAD. I will not book a room in this hotel unless they alter the child policy. kindly convey this to the hotel. Food also was overpriced and average only
