Review 1：The TV didnt work. We contacted reception twice but they never sent anyone to check /fix it

Review 3：Internal rooms were non-lockable! on asking, the reception refused to give us keys! Very VERY inconvenient in a family of 5 when using the bathroom!

Review 7：The personnel at the check-in/out - the personal touch we always enjoyed seems to have gone. The apartments need a complete refurbishment and updating with simple things like a microwave, wifi - things that are standard nowadays. The sun loungers by the pool were nearly all broken and the pool needed cleaning badly. Shower in the apartment (with a shower curtain) meant the entire bathroom flooded when someone took a shower.

Review 8：The location, the animation team, 2 members of staff - Cristina and Fortuna (a pity they are not working at the main reception as managers as they are best staff at the resort), the golf course.

Review 9：Very very basic: accept towels and sheets, you need to bring everything with you (even basics like toilet paper, salt,dishes soap, etc.). It would be more logical and environmental to pay a bit more, and not to throw all he leftovers of these products at the end. There is a washing machine available, but only between 10:00-16:00. The staff was polite, but nothing more than that.

Review 11：The bed was very hard and the sleeping couch was of very poor quality. Further our upstairs neighbours made a lot of noise, the walls are obviously thin.

Review 12：Many facilities (several swimming pools, sauna, golf course etc.). The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The location was good: surrounded by the golf course, so like being in a park.

Review 13：1. 3 km from from nearest bus stop. Way by narrow roadside. You must travel by car. 2. When you cleaned kitchen and kitchen stuff. Got kitchen stuff in drying locker. They chek it and want extra pay. Reason: you must replase stuff in first lockers (there is you take it). It is not write in the rools.

Review 36：Two major drawbacks- 1/ Quality of accommodation at golf residents is poor and needs upgrading. 2/ telecoms and Internet connectivity is extremely poor. Wifi only works at reception of hotel and at that is sporadic so very unsatisfactory whilst mobile connectivity also very poor at gold residenza I would not recommend this property unless both these issues are fully death with.

Review 40：Where to start... 1) A bunch of drunken youngsters were having a party on top of our unit which resulted in 3 phone calls to the concierge during the night and security being send out 3 times. The "residents" - certainly more than the allowed number - only passed out by 4 am, which also allowed us to fall asleep finally. When mentioning it to the front desk manager during check-out, he was not even aware of this !!! 2) Personal at reception not particularly friendly 3) Inventory list that has to be signed, not accurate at alll 4) Basin in bathroom completely cracked and walls and shelfs stained 5) Furniture adequate for student home
