Review 2：Our host, the owner, was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a very good location for exploring the historic town and for restaurants and the ferry services. An outstanding choice of continental breakfast items including excellent scrambled eggs. Free parking in underground garage.

Garden is lovely for chilling in the sun (or shade) rooms are clean and a reasonable size. He had one with a lovely view of the castle from our balcony (Room 18) Will recommend :-)

Review 13：This hotel defines the term attention to detail. It is one of the cleanest "buildings" I've ever been in. Breakfast was beautiful and location was superb being in the centre but on the other side of the main road hence no noise. There was a lovely smell everywhere and even the underside of the stair treads were cleaned daily by hand!
Review 14：Erika was fantastic and runs a brilliant hotel. The rooms are minimalist but welcoming and have air conditioning. Good bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Parking was included and we were kindly let in a couple of hours before check-in so we could explore. Breakfast was amazing, a wonderful setting and more choice than you could ask for!
Review 15：Hard to think of anything that is not superb. Maybe a small fridge in rooms to be able to keep some water well chilled in the very high temperatures we experienced.

There was underground parking thatscored highly for the bf (petrol head). The breakfast was vast! I canhighly recommend the scrambled eggs! We'd certainly check in againif we're lucky enough to go back to Malcesine.

Review 34：I didn't like the fact that the towels were a little grey-seemed to not be cleaned properly, and they were not replaced. Just took the used ones, and in the last day, we remain wth only 3 towles. finally they were changed, and other towels were brought. The toilet paper is changed only and only after you completely finished the paper. never if there is only a little. very unpleasant. The cleaning of the room doesn't seem do be done "perfect".
Review 35：We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The host is very nice and welcome and I was imppressed of her carrying and attention. we found the hotel very easy. And we could park in the hotel garage, which is a big advantage. the public parking places are expensive-in other cities are around 2euro/hour. From there we drove in many cities around the lake, we liked most Sirmione and Riva del Garda. Bardolino has a nice cliff. The hotel is very close to the cableway station and to the city centre. We liked it was very quiet and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are ok, the furniture is new. we had in our room a couch, which didn't seem new or clean, but it was ok. The restaurant is nice, with big windows and light and iti is carefully arranged by the hosts with very much care and taste (the napkins are suited with the plates) and every morning we had our table reserved.

Review 42：This hotel is in a great position - close to the centre of Malcesine. It has secure parking facilities. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is beautifully clean. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. A large balcony with a view to the back of the hotel was a great place to sit. Booked to stay here for my partner's daughter's wedding in Malcesine and it was ideal.

Review 44：Stayed in Hotel Erika from 12-21st of August and had an amazing time. The hotel is lovely. It is a family run hotel and it just feels homely. The hotel and the room was really well furnished, colourful and spacious. They have a lovely garden at the back of the hotel which was great for sitting out at night in with a bottle of wine. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Erika and her family were so nice and friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 50：Erika welcomed us warmly and helped us in with our luggage and showed us where to park the car in the underground garage. Erika takes great pride in her hotel which is spotlessly clean, and in a great location just on the edge of the main town (an easy walk to all the restaurants etc). Erika was so helpful with advice about the ferry and local places to eat. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room which Erika changed the colour scheme each day by varying the colours of cloths, napkins etc, - so pretty. Breakfast was delicious - a huge choice and her scrambled eggs are amazing and the best we have ever had. On our departure, Erika presented us with a gift of a beautiful calendar for 2015. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, Erika.

Breakfast is an event to look forward to! Although the hotel is not on the lakeside it is very convenient to the old town, castle, Monte Baldo cable car and the bus station. In any case Malcesine is compact and nowhere is more than a stroll away.
