Review 1：1. The swimming pool wasn't in the same building 2. There wasn't direct room service, we had to call a restaurant outside and they would deliver to the hotel

Review 10：Friendly and always-ready-to-help staff, nice and clean rooms, quiet and peacefull place, good restraunts in 10-minute walk, you can also order food to your room and delivery takes only about half an hour. Everything was so perfect. Thanks a lot to the staff. I will definitely recommend this place as one of the best in Goa :)

Review 14：The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We took a studio apartment. It had a kitchenette with oven, mini freezer, and utensils. A small balcony was also available with chairs to spend lazy afternoons.

Also It was better than pictureBesides I would like to appreciate all staffs and manager. They were very polite and professional. When I asked for something like booking taxi and bus or bring coffee. I got the response at no time Finally, one thing good for us was that Coco Goa was located near Baga beach. We got there within 5 minutes by bike

Review 38：Check in procedure overly onerous involving many forms. Asked to pay inadvance. Room was not available on check-in, given a temporary room tofreshen up (fine), then later told I didn't have to move. Two dayslater told I had to move room - before 10.A.M. Check out time is 10.A.M.On check out I had to prove I had paid by providing a copy of the tillreceipt as , despite the laborious check in procedure, the manager hadnot kept a record of my payment. Lovely self catering guest house letdown by lack of appreciation of guest needs and sensitivity resulting inbad service.

Review 39：Nicely appointed comfortable rooms with flat screen tv and wellapplianced kitchen.30 minute walk to the beach and restaurants but it is a nice walk past paddy fields and livestock and so on. The beach is relatively clean and quiet.
