Review 1：everything was ok.
Review 2：1st of all: B-king is not the way for Croatia. Along the coast there are a million private apartments and just a few hotels. They have web alternatives available in english. They have tourist agencies that are very practical and, If you want, just stop anywhere and ask if anything is available. There are “sobe” (rooms) and “aparmani” signs everywhere. After I started with online booking, I followed the old way: stop and ask. In the most crowded time of the year I found better and much cheaper available rooms in way more central locations. 35-40€ per night for only two nights, 60-65 in Dubrovnik. Regarding this particular apartment: The hosts were very friendly and spoke english very well. Good wi-fi, AC, mattress, sheets and bed. Great utilities. No problem with the parking. If you want to check the local marina (where you’ll find almost nothing to do), you’ll have to take the car. Zadar is nearby with the car. The apartment was very clean. The house is not finished outside but I hope the’ll raise the upper floor soon (absolutely no problem with that). Anyway, the apartments are brand new and look perfect.
Review 3：Everything was excellent. If you are coming to Bibinje to relax, this is the place for you. The apartment is not so close to the town's center (10-15 minutes walk) but it is an oasis in Bibinje. The apartment is in a "dead-end" street ending with beautiful natural scenery (pinewood, olive trees, crickets, cultivated fields), whilst on the other hand you are very close to other houses and the town center. Best way to get around from there is by bicycle (so if you can, bring it with). The hosts are very friendly and helpful and if you're in need of any information you can freely contact them. Having in mind that we were there in high season and only for a extended weekend, value for money is great and it was really a fantastic, get-away-from-stress weekend. Thank you!
