Review 1：WiFi was only around reception area. Would have been useful to have toiletries and cleaning products if stayed longer than one night.

Review 2：Quiet location and proximity to the sea, shops and restaurants. Nice pool and apartment. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of entertainment for kids just walking distance from the complex.

Review 3：Village and surroundings nothing special. No bar at the property (to get at least sandwiches and fresh coffee in the morning.

Review 5：What is not liked, is that access to the pool location is very restricted. I'm on vacation from one location with a pool, and may not have access to this pool only after a program for children.

Review 6：The motel was very basic with minimal frills! When we checked in at the motel, a Polish woman who did not understand a word of English greeted us. Fortunately, she gave us preferential treatment because of my Polish last name. If you are lucky and have a Polish background you too will receive a roll of toilet paper and an extra bath towel! The units included a two burner cooktop, small fridge, some cooking utensils, 20”x20” shower, toilet crammed in a corner, and small basin. Our toilet ran all night and a bidet was included. The bidet appeared not used as I think many North American tourists have no idea how it works! The doors were like cell doors. There were no windows in our suite - just doors! The double bed was two cots pushed together with one sheet and during the night the cots would move apart, making a hammock in the center. If you happened to be sleeping in the middle of your floating bed, you would be waking up cradled in the sheet about two inches above the floor, looking up in between the two beds!

Review 7：The construction of the building was a combination of concrete and plaster. Generally, the place was quiet and the only way you could access the outside world is by Internet. The wi-fi was only available outside in the courtyard. To access the “free” Internet you must like the hotel on Facebook.

Review 8：No air conditioning in the second bedroom or on main floor. Staff are virtually nonexistent. Requested a new light bulb for the bathroom and it wasn't replaced for almost 2 days! Beds Very Uncomfortable. "Double bed" is two single beds pushed together! Spiral case makes it very challenging to carry luggage up. Lobby WiFi is not reliable. You can get a bit of a signal near the showers at the pool or near the coffee machine.

Review 9：Pool was wonderful EXCEPT that it closed from 1pm to 3pm daily! The location offers easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. BBQ's are nice (you need to buy charcoal).

Review 12：Staff virtually nonexistent, Very difficult to communicate as they only answers phone when they feel like it, and with "SI" .Don't reply to msg or email. Requested maintenance to an appliance did not receive it, so had to throw food away. Beds Very Uncomfortable, Spiral case is a killer and very challenging to carry luggage through it. Most of the apartment is hot as AC only cools one room, window shutters don't allow air to circulate and by opening the doors there is no privacy or security. Need more electrical outlet in kitchen area, had to unplug fridge to use micro-oven on the floor do to short cord. Oven failed and keep tripping the apartment's GFI breaker. Town don't offer much.

Review 13：Enclosed village in a quiet area with nice setup (design of the structure) with semi-private open yard with BBQ adjacent to apartment front entrance. Not to far from beach and bus (public transportation) right outside, a Nice sized pool, 2 Grocery stores near-by decently stocked. 10 Minutes from Ravenna. Fair priced

Review 14：The spiral staircase was difficult and the apartment was very hot. There are no windows in the apartment so it feels very confining. The pool is closed from 1-3 p.m. every day which is a long time.

Review 15：The apartment was clean and the location was convenient for Mirabilandia amusement park. The pool was nice.

Review 33：Everything is super for such money. All as described in the site. Garden area is the best I’ve ever seen in other hotels, very private accommodation, Russian speaking lady and her partner are extremely friendly. Will come back.

Review 34：When we checked in they gave us a bill which was already paid before we have even arrived. They transferred the funds for the whole stay not just for first day as agreed. The shower was in the middle of the toilet without shower cabin, so you are forced to wet the whole toilet when you take a shower. There was no one at the reception one hour after the check out time started (so we had to wait). P.S. The reception lady barely speaks Italian.

Review 36：The final cleaning is provided by the guests, or you have to pay extra charge (50 EUR). So you have no guarantee it will be cleaned well and properly. Pay attention to the location of A/C in the apartment. The tenis court was not in a perfect condition (but at least free of charge).

Review 38：Ideal for families travelling with children. Close to the beach, there is also a nice swimming pool within the Village and lots of toys for childrens.

Review 39：The safety guard near the pool was cleaning all the time some totally unnecessary things. The staff (owners ) sometimes were aggressive for the clients and the feeling was the clients make favor to take this apartments. The cleanliness was not so good especially the spiders were everywhere.

Review 40：The pool was ok even the opening time too, but on the afternoons should be open around 16:00 till 20:00 and not form 15:30 till 19:00.

Review 41：I did not like the uncooled rooms, the furniture. But above all thereception;If you phone telling the reception that you'll be late and they say that there is no problem, they cannot let you on the road with three children. We had to call the police to help us get our room.

Review 42：The pool opens at 10:00 am and closes at 12:00/12:30 which is a bit late and too short especially on a hot day and opens again between 15:30 for a couple of hours. No leaflets in English or other languages to inform guests about the village facilities or how to get to Ravenna or about other attractions in the area. Apartments are not enough insulated, you can hear people above you or next door as well as noise when people are flushing the toilette or having a shower. It is hard to find somebody to talk to as the reception is closed most of the time. I have asked for a quite room but during my second week a couple with a baby were given the apartment above me so there was no sleep starting from 7:00 am every morning.

Review 44：We really liked the nice, clean and big pool that the staff cared a lot about. There where also a lot of playgrounds with many toys for small children to play with so it is a very familyfriendly place. Our teenager boys liked the free tenniscourt and tabletennis. Around the corner a nice bakery.... :)

Review 45：First impressions was an off put. When we arrived it was siesta time and the pool was closed, so there were hardly any people around. The apartments could do with a facelift so it doesnt look like a prison block and run down from the outside.

Review 46：I liked that the apartments were spacious (room for 6) and had most of the mod-cons and was very clean. The pool was very clean too, and the facilities around it kept all the family happy. The staff were happy to help too allowing us to take deck chairs and parasols to the beach for free!

Review 50：We booked actually the wrong sort of place. A lot of pool and seats with people around it within a setting of somewhat older apartments, whereas we usually book only smaller agriturismo's or single apartments. Admittedly wonderfull for kids (as a lot of swimmming possible). Upon arrival however we noticed our mistake and explained our error. Fortunately the guy in charge could offer us an apartment opposite to the beach which we very much appreciated. Again thumbs up for this guy who was willing to think with us and accomodate us in an other way.

Review 55：The hotel staff(Ms. Christina and Mr. Grzegorz) are very friendly. They made our vacation comfortable. Convenient, tidy and clean rooms. The hotel is located near the famous theme park "Mirabilandia", you'll get discounts to visit the park. Nice area with entertainments for children. The hotel is ideal for family vacations.

Review 56：So many things ... 1) a small chalet house, very basically furnished and in places, old . Needed a bit of refurbishment. No sofa or comfortable chairs to sit on. Mismatched plates, cutlery and cups. Not even a bottle opener/can opener. Had to borrow from the neighbours. Not value for money. 2) a spiral staircase, difficult to get up and down if you had mobility issues (luckly we didn't). Impossible to bring cases up to the top floor bedrooms. We lived out of our suitcases on the ground floor. 3) A double bed was made up on the ground floor. We didn't need it but it was left like that all during our stay. Very strange. 4) Difficult to get help as the office was always closed (apart from early in the morning, and later afternoon). No information about the site, area etc. ll notices were in Italien. I heard German, English, French and Dutch, but the only language was Italien. Odd for a holiday site 5) Use of the barbeque, not really possible as you have to supply your own wood, fuel, tongs etc. Not practical for over-seas visitors. 6) the "garden" was a small area in front of the house, looking directly into the opposite neighbours house. 7) There were two table tennis tables, but no balls available (we did ask). A tennis court (not advertised) but there were no balls/racquets for hire. 8) There was a notice (the only one in several languages)that said unless we cleaned the place, we would have to pay 50 euros. I have been in many self-catering appartments, and final cleaning has always been included in the cost of the holiday I spent 2 hours cleaning (bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen floor etc) before driving to the aerport. Not impressed.

Review 57：It was near to the sea and the swimming pool was good to have in the heat.

Review 58：* The room wasn't very clean at arrival. * The caracole is very-very narrow and I think taht's a bit accident risky especially for small children. * The shower is also very strait and unconfortable. * There is an extra cost (50€ !) for final cleaning. This is not compulsory, you can do yourself - but there're not any equipment for this (floorcloth, mop, sponge, depurant etc.)

Review 61：The 2 bedroom superior apartment good for six is not so bad except forthe cabinets that are falling apart and the aircon that is damn noisyand water was dripping out of it that it drenched my Iphone. The waterheater works instataneously and has enough water for all of us.The placeis very close to the beach, the grocery and the park. The vicinity issafe, and quiet. The pool was always clean and just the righttemperature. The people are always nice and ready to help. All in allit's a good stay and would definitely comeback because it's cheap andnear a very beautiful beach, the people are very friendly and didn'tdiscriminate me, my family and friends so will definitely recommend itto others. Review 62：It is a nice and friendly place. The garden surrounding the apartmentswas well-kept and contained lots of playthings for younger kids - alsothe X-box was a hit. The pool-area was very cosy and was kept clean andtidy all the time - also nice, that there was a life-guard precent. Alsovery hygienic with showers that you had to use before going into thewater. The house had a nice size and we enjoyed the pavilion in our"own" little garden. It took about 5 min to walk to the beach which alsowas nice and very good for children - since the water was quiet. Weenjoyed spending time here and also to visit San Marino, Ravenna,Rimini, Bologna and Venice which all were in an ok distance.

Review 63：The apartment (3 persons) was very small and in the smaller room therewas no air conditioning and no window which made it extremely hotinside. The kitchen equipment was no sufficient, and the bathroom wasclaustrophobic.

The personnel is very polite and precautionary; they were always open to explain how to get where I needed and how much time it takes, etc. The room was stylish, and pretty convenient for the children. Review 77：Everybody was very friendly. We arrived there around 18.45. The pool is open till 19.00, but the staff allowed us to enjoy some time in it. Beach was only few minutes walk away. There is a small DESPAR store 5 minutes walk away and its very cheap. The restaurant that the receptionist suggested us was very good and the prices were even better. They had the best pizza that i had in Italy ( margherita 4,50e, prosciutto 5,00, big BEER 3,50e). Every appartment had their own BBQ :)
