Review 1：Service. Before we check out. Staff brought out all our luggage and keep at reception are. Once we are back from from shopping was shocked. Reason given they short of room, some other customer are waiting waiting for the room. Really redicullars

Review 5：I had booked one Deluxe double room thru booking.com and received the conformation also in the same day. When I reached the hotel, they said they did not get any e-mail confirmation from the booking.com. Anyways, they have managed to give me a room after showing the booking details. When I entered the room I totally wondered as I did not find any free toiletries, even the flush was not working. After a few hours, a service person came to see the problems and suggested me to change the room. I took all my stuff one by one and shifted to the new room. I was very upset when I faced the same problems in the new room as well. Kettle was not working, flush was out of order etc etc. However, I did not call them again but I decided not repeat the mistake again. Pattom Royal hotel is no more in my option. They should improve a lot.

Review 7：Breakfast very poor. It is far below expected. Only double bed. It is not enough for two people. Toilet fluxing not working properly.

Review 9：The maintenance. There was drainage issues. Toilets were clogged up if taken bath n the water wouldn't go till the next day. We spoke abt it but remained the same. Toilet tissue got over but never was replenished.

Review 11：As a single female traveller this hotel was perfect. Very friendly and courteous staff, spotlessly clean and quiet, the most comfortable bed in India, Lovely breakfast, excellent value for money. A perfect start to my trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Review 31：Hotel a bit sad and run down. Food not at all great. Location while not bad, could have been better.

Review 32：Location not bad for where we wanted to go (main tourist sites). Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Loved the 24 hour arrangement. We checked in at 8:31 pm so could stay to 8:31 pm the next evening. Never heard of that before. Room adequate.
