Review 1：the shower is a little bit poor in comparison with the standard of the room.

Review 5：located near a highway but very hard to find without GPS. Hard confusing access. No lift from underground garage - had to carry luggage upstairs. Fire alarm went on at 03:00 without explanation. Impossible to find your way in the complex - many buildings and very few signs. We needed an early check-out: when I asked upon arrival, I was told "no problem". When I asked the evening before leaving I was told "impossible, because the night shift has no key for the till - and I need to pay city tax (For the stay I was made to pay on arrival)". I offered to pay in advance - and did. However, on checking out in the morning I was delayed because the front desk insisted I didn't pay the right amount.

Review 7：The hotel, rooms and in general in dire need of a renovation, carpets worn, in places threadbare and stained, bed cover dated. Couldn't book for next spring 4 or 5 rooms for a golfing group. Said they didn't have prices yet.

Review 8：The golf, just had to cross the road to play. The golf , greens and fairways are very well maintained, beautiful. lots of other golf clubs in the near vicinity . received a hotel discount as well. golf secretary very helpful and knowledgeable.

Review 9：fireworks being let off late at night without warning to celebrate wedding but in todays world the guests should have been warned as they sounded like gunfire shots.causing some panic. The bus service needs some more thought as when it arrives at our pick up point it is often full leaving us to wait for its return some 30 minutes wait. the breakfast has lost some of the quality of previous stays but overall I would recommend this place.

Review 11：1. According to the website, guests would be able to use the golf course, however when we asked to do so we were told we were not able as we didn’t have licenses. This is new to me as I have never been asked this before. The problem I have, is this is not stated anywhere on their website nor on booking.com and I haven’t had this trouble at golf resort hotels I’ve stayed at previously. The hotel manager went on to say “If you have a car do you not need a license”. I’m not sure of the rules in Italy however I have never heard an absurd comment regarding golf like this in any other country. If this is the case in Italy, both you and the hotel should state it for foreign travellers on your websites. In fact, the website states that Golf is available to all guests at the hotel. Nowhere does it state that you must have a license, therefore this is false adverting.2. The spa area was not working for the entire duration of our stay. There was no staff at all in the wellness center. After walking around and finding a telephone on the reception desk in the wellness center we called up to the front desk to explain nothing is working, we did this 3 times each time they told us they would get someone to come straight down and turn everything on so we waited but no one came, Only on the 3rd occasion when we called very angry (approx. 2 hours later) did the front desk tell us there was a problem and it wouldn’t be working. The next day we complained to management and he had no idea the spa area was not working and he sent someone to check while we were standing there and on return they confirmed to him nothing was working. This was clearly the first he was hearing about it, and we explained to him we called 3 times the day before and it was the front desk that had in fact told us it was broken. He said he will get it fixed as soon as possible but could not tell us how long until it would take. We were due to go home in the morning and this was not good enough.3.

Review 14：We have been in the resort 6 years ago and received a nice upgrade to a suite. The shuttle bus to Peschiera harbor is priceless!

Review 15：At the small pool the cleaning was not that good. Glasses were left behind and the whole week they were not taken away. Even as towels. That was a pitty. The sunbeds at Laguna Beach were old, very old and they were not comfortable.

Review 16：The resort is very nice. Lot's to do. Many pools and lot's of sunbeds. The breakfast is great, fresh fruits, croissants, al kind of breads and other things. Many to choose from. The room we had was amazing. We were unexpected upgraded to the mini suite. Absolutely fabulous. Every day fresh towels, candy on your pillow in the evening. Good cleaning. Fresh bottles water.

Review 27：6 days into my holiday it was a Sunday morning breakfast. A male mangerarrived into the breakfast room and started barking orders... For noreason He made 2 staff scrub the patio tiles ( not their job) on Sundaymorning after breakfast. The staff were doing a great job every singleday without him.. He needs to concentrate on managing and having mannerswith the guests.. And he needs to learn to mange the evening staff..Attitude needs to be checked.

Review 28：The resort is made up of four separate areas/ resorts joined. TheActive Hotel Golf has great rooms, good air conditioning/ keptextremely clean by lovely staff every day. Plenty of tea /coffee/ drinks in the fridge ( charge) / towels changes weregreat/ clean huge beds / dressing room with huge wardrobes andplenty of hangers / big bathroom / fantastic views from theroom, two great outdoor pools with great beds.., One lovely indoor withgood facilities to exercise relax etc.I learned how to play golf from several pros that were on holidays at the resort & friendly advice from pro staff that can train you while you are there at an extra cost. The driving range was great fun.If you love golf you will love this place. They can arrange any activity that you can imagine. And are very accommodating with the tours as they leave from the hotel car park. I can highly recommend the Ritten tour on the friday's it is fantastic as a day out.Parking under and over ground with plenty of space. FREE with security at the gate 24 hours and very helpful.You can use the facility of Lagoona Beach Pool ( Huge pool ) in the next resort 1 min away everyday if you like a bit of excitement & music with the staff, they have great things lined up that join all four resorts together that you can join in on a daily bases and there is a restaurant by the pool. Great fun...Evening Meal in the Golf resort was nice but the staff mixed up the orders and were slow they seemed under trained t to manage. Breakfast staff seemed apt. The breakfast was fantastic with everything you could want... Lovely fresh food, lovely staff.Also Evening meal / buffet in the other hotel joined to golf resort is €18 which is great value as there is so much to try... 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Please note it is held downstairs in the hotel ( food is Fantastic ) All you can eat and drink.Free wifi in the lobby.

Review 37：The room and the patio were nice. Tranquille. What we like most was the surrounding.. You can sit everywhere... The space around the hotel and then the awesome 18 hole golf course.. Whether one plays or not, it gives a feeling of.. space! It's only about 4 km from the center (by car). Peschiera has a cozy small center with plenty bars.. terraces. Parking was no problem... But we were there early May... Off season!

We really liked the breakfast staff that was on our disposal at any moment, the closed swimmingpool, nature around and comfy rooms. Review 82：There seems to be no logical check-in and check-out policy . We played golf at 07:50 but the check-out time is 10:00. A golf round lasts 4 hours so one has to decide to either not play golf (so the golf doesn't make any money) or to beg for later check-out. As it is a "Golf" hotel some thought should be given to this.
