Review 1：The apartment was extremely well fitted and comfortable. It was located right in the centre of town and within easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to the lifts. We have no complaints - a fantastic place to stay!
Review 2：The flat has everything you need and it is spacious. Good design. Mattresses were great. We were always alone by the pool. It is very peaceful and private although it is located in the village centre. A very good take away just around the corner. You do not have any contact with the staff except for the maid. We have been spending our winter and occasionally summer holidays in various places in Austria for 20 years and I can say that I highly recommend AlpinLodges Matrei!

After you have been charged with the total sum of the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and your personal reservation code for accessing the resort and your apartment by e-mail from the resort's booking office.You will receive your keys for the apartment and the common area from the key box at the resort. It is absolutely necessary to have your personal check-in code. There is no local reception.The apartments can be entered from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are asked to vacate your apartment and underground parking space by 10:00. Please announce late arrivals (after 19:00) until 16:00 at the resort's booking office.The property's booking office can be reached by phone between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. You will receive this phone number by e-mail.Special services (additional people, pets, baby cot) must be booked during the reservation process.If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age.
