Review 1：Its not a 4* property, its a NOSTAR property with Broken coat, filthy beds, stinking bathroom. And not even a single electrical charger are working. No shower, Hot water. First they told check in time is 12pm and then they give at 2pm. No Lift. Becarefull while doing the payments,they add others bills too. TV doesn't have clarity at all, hell lot of disturbance. Poor, Pathetic service.

Review 5：The overall experience was very disappointing. We stayed at this hotel for new years eve, since the hotel we had booked in advance was overbooked. They charged 200 USD (!!) for a room that should normally cost 30-40 max. Thankfully, booking.com will cover the difference in cost due to exceptional circumstances. We arrived at 8pm to be told they don't have our reservation and were fully booked! After showing the booking, arguing and speaking to the manager, we finally got something at around 9 pm. We were not off to the best of starts. The room was nothing to write home about and the bathroom godawful, but all we needed at that point was a bed to sleep. I think the worst part of our stay was the lack of professionalism from the staff at the front desk (especially when you're paying 200 per night!). As a final blow to the hotel's credibility, they told booking.com that we were no-shows on the 4th of January (we received confirmation via email). I have the physical receipt to prove we were there! Not quite sure what's going on at this place...
