Review 1：The food was excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. Every staff member from the front office to the cleaners were warm and friendly, driven to ensure our comfort!

Review 2：Shower diverter did not work. No tea-coffee condiments in the room. But they gave us an electric kettle since we asked for the same to prepare food for our baby.

Review 6：I was having honeymoon during that Time. And I especially mentioned that, I need arrange my bed for honeymoon status with white linens. But I didn't find any decoration in my bed. It's makes me disappointed. I never choose again this property in my entire life.

Review 8：Had a bad experience at the hotel. Hotel staff didn't convey that check out is noon to noon and hence I ended up paying extra tariff which was almost equal to cost of one day stay. Not impressed. Won't prefer this hotel for my next trip for sure. Good breakfast though.

Review 10：No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Needs to be ordered by room service. The central air conditioner thermostat was not working in our room and we had to switch it off intermittently because it was getting too cold.

Review 17：Breakfast buffet not good for Maldivian. Restaurant opening times hotel information morning 7.30 to 10.30 but my family every day go in between opening time. The time always fruits, butter, jam, bread finish. Tea & coffee in flask it's very cold. I have to always reminder the waiters to refill. And waiters they don't understand English.

Review 50：The personnel is sometimes a bit stressed and pushy. Internet is not free and quite expensive (500roupies a day). The location of the hotel is not great, far from the center and most drivers don t know the hotel so you might spend time looking for it.

Review 51：The hotel is quite modern, with big, clean and well furnished rooms. The restaurant of the hotel is really good and the breakfast offers a wide range of indian dishes. The room service and house keeping is really efficient.

Review 52：Never provided tissues when we ordered room service.We had to order food many times during our stay. The towels they provided to the room were worn out and it has changed to grey colour. Towels need to be replaced with new ones immediately. When I said I booked the hotel through booking.com and my rates should be accordingly. They answered that I had checked in as a regular customer. So the whole purpose of using this site was lost.
