Review 1：The best place of the coast. Modern, comfortable and clean apartmans situated 50m from the beautiful beach, in apartmans you can find everything you need. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Very nice and very friendly owner Jelena always ready to help and advised. We've been in apartmans "Lalic" three times and definitely come back again.
Review 2：The hostess is very friendly and helpfull. Beautiful design of the penthouse with its large terrace and see views. We recommend this adress to anyone. We hope to return here someday.
Review 3：We thought everything was perfect for our short stay.
Review 4：We arrived late at night via taxi and the owner was there to meet us. We asked if there was anywhere nearby where we could get something to eat and she offered to take us to a nearby restaurant in her own car! We said we'd be happy with a pizza and she kindly called a local take-away and pizza was delivered to our door. We could not believe how friendly the owner was and it was a great start to our holiday.
Review 5：The apartment is just perfect. Very well equipped and clean. The location, just a few steps in front of the beach, makes it ideal, mostly if you travel with children. Jelena and he sister Maria are extremely helpful and kind. We really thank their hospitality. Will definitely come back some day!
Review 6：It's a very small and quiet area. I enjoyed the quiet but others should know if you're looking for activity, it's not here.
Review 7：Loved Eleyna (sorry for the misspelled name). She was lovely and helpful. She even had me follow her in her car to show me where to eat, where the store was, etc.
Review 8：The apartment was very clean and comfortable, newly furnished, well equipped, with a big terrace. The beach is very near, and all the surronding is quiet, very good place for chill out, and perfect base to discover the area. Jelena was very helpfull and kind :)

Review 11：- the bed linen could be a bit nicer, it looked like it was missing the pillow and duvet covers. - you need to have a car, no nice area to walk around, no promenade, bars, park or anything.
Review 12：- we stayed in a nice, neat and clean studio on the first floor, it had a balcony overlooking the sea - very pleasant view. - very cool design of the electric stove and extractor. - the house was renovated, it smelled very nice and was clean. - free parking. - great host-lady! very open, helpful and easy to contact with. She recommended us spots for breakfast and dinner. - 10 min by car to Zadar.

Review 14：Lilać's unparalleled location at the very, very end of the beach road allowed for complete seclusion and relaxation in the open-air, top-floor jacuzzi. The apartment has all mod cons and stylish decor, and a wrap-around deck affording 180-degree spectacular seaviews. Owner Jelene was gracious and responsive from the moment we booked until the moment we left 6 short days later.

She made our stay very very special and shown us a piece of Croatian hospitality. We definitly be back in there as atmosphere of place making people - Jelena is one of those people who have warm heart. In regards to views - they are amazing. Marina, sea views. Everything surrounded by olive trees. Stunning sunsets. You can enjoy them from balcony and have your glass if wine. Highly recommended place. Thank You Jelena! We going to have beautiful memories.
Review 17：We were in the small studio apartment. So there was very little view. No place to put luggage except on the floor.
Review 18：Quiet, clean, friendly owner, very accommodating. New kitchen, laundry facilities. We were unfamiliar with the all in one machine and had to contact owners late in the evening, and she responded graciously. We appreciated that.

Review 21：If you want somewhere that is buzzing at night, full of restaurants and bars etc - then this probably isn't what you're after. It is however perfect for a relaxed retreat, which suited us just as well :)
Review 22：Jelena (who seems to singlehandedly take care of the running of the apartments) was such an exceptional host. She went above and beyond her responsibilities, not only giving great advice of what to do and see in the area, but also driving us to several places locally because we didn't have a car of our own. The apartment itself, located within seconds of a nice pebble beach, also couldn't be faulted. We had the basement apartment - lovely and spacious, and kept cool by AC.
Review 23：Quite a few Mosquitos at night but plenty of plugin repellents provided and kept doors shut so was only bitten a couple of times.
Review 24：Super clean and modern Genuinely the friendliest and most helpful host/hostess we've ever had! Drove us to the supermarket when we arrived. Took us to the bus station early in the morning. Review 27：A little hard to find without a good map. Don't take the road closest to the sea; rather, follow the road past the marina and then loop back round the headland. Some rooms probably have better sea views than others.
Review 28：A modern building - was this its first year of operation? - with very good fittings. Nothing whatsoever amiss in the décor or facilities. Beautifully clean and well looked after. Very good for visiting Zadar.

Review 31：The apartment is compact, with little spare space, The TV is small and mounted high on a wall, the sofa is hard and not comfortable after a period of time. There are a number of similar apartment blocks in close proximity, which made it busy and tight for parking.

Studio apt was nicely designed and decorated, very efficient and functional, had great A.C and lots of helpful info from the owner. Location is perfect, close to the beach only 30 meters walking .. :-) No additional or hidden cost.

Review 53：Firstly, ignore what others have said, the apartments have hair dryers and an iron. So no need to take these. Secondly, the apartments are stunning and the owner jelena is absolutely incredible! She is so friendly and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the basement apartment but they are all lovely particularly the penthouse! We rented a moped from the nearby marina and zadar centre is about 10 minutes away. Lovely peaceful location right by the marina and small beach. I would certainly recommend anyone stay here. Exceptional value for money.

Our apartment was immaculate andextremely well-appointed. Everything was brand new, and we were the veryfirst people to stay in the apartment we were given (April 2014). Theapartment was gigantic, and it even had a 3d tv! We loved the apartmentso much that we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately for us,Jelena was fully booked. The views to the beach in the upper-floorapartments are lovely, and the walk to the beach is just about 20seconds! It's so peaceful, tranquil, and absolutely lovely. Stayingat Apartments Lalic made me want to move to Croatia! Oh, and the driveinto Zadar is extremely easy and only takes about 15 minutes to the citycentre (parking is about 6 kuna/hr).

The studio flat was spacious, had a nice terrace with sea view. The building is located 1 minute from the beach. The owner was really nice and even offered us a lift to town.

BUT the best detail was the excellent service from the owner Jelena,she's really cares for her guests welfare.I am a mature woman and was travelling alone and Jelena texted me each evening to check I was ok and offer me a lift to Zadar for the following days activities. Jelena is not intrusive,she is happy to help if needed,her saying is "nema problema" no problem. I recommend apartment Lalic, you will not be disappointed.A car is recommended but a good walk gets you to bus stops for Zadar and Bibinje center,which is very pretty.On the rare occasion that I used a taxi back from Zadar it was 100kn. I can't wait to return next year!!

Close to Zadar, about 10 min drive. Jelena- the owner of the apartments was absolutely amazing, very helpful and happy to give any advice you would need. We really enjoyed our holiday there and wish to come back.

Everything looked new and Apartments Lalic are located on the coast, just 20 metres from the sea. They are located 5 kms from center of Zadar, and about 10 minutes from Zadar Airport. The host is a lovely woman and very friendly who gave us a lot of tips and useful information and was incredibly helpful during our stay. The host speaks English and French. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning is a nice-to-have. Good value for money. I really can recommend the apartments Lalic.
