Review 1：We got there beacause of the pictures-per-view we saw on site. And were very disappointed it was worse then kibbutz guest house. The rooms stank of cigarettes and we could not sleep in them, we had a desire to vomit. it was not clean. We ran away after night. The dining room and the pool are all on a near hotel (Park Hotel). Shocking !!!

Review 11：On the booking site this place features as a 4 star establishment. In reality, it is barely a two star. The beds are a punishment to sleep on, the apartments are old and very used. (it is in the near vecinity of a 4 star hotel.)

Review 17：Over €100 per night for self catering - rather expensive. A member of staff said that tennis rackets were available to hire and actually there weren't. Pool was full of children all day, so we avoided it.

Review 19：Our front door to the apartment didn't open properly, our fridge didn't close properly and dripped water all over the floor, the apartment was very dark and there were a lot of insects all around the inside of the apartment. The music by the pool was very loud and the atmosphere wasn't relaxing, the pool was dirty and we witnessed a lifeguard clean human faces from it (absolutely disgusting). The food available in the bar and restaurant was mediocre at best. Some of the reception staff in Residence Eden were very rude and need more customer service training. While we were being served, staff would priories other customers over us and leave us waiting. This happened on a few occasions. At our time of booking, we were undecided whether to book in Parc hotel or Residence Eden. I wish we had booked into Parc hotel as the pool, accommodation and staff were far better.

Review 94：I was bothered by the fact that you promised us 3 houses that were next to each other, but when we arrived at the camp, we got houses that were far apart which made it hard for our organised group of friends to hang out.

Obviously we had not. we are on vacation. they charched 19 eur per person as extra. although it is written in the confirmation mail, we think it is NOT fair.

Review 105：I didnt feel safe beeing alone with two children and reception closedat around 20.00. it is almost like renting a flat. Also only one keyworked on one of the two doors. Two other keys we got didnt work atall. If you are tired of doing housework back home you have to dokitchen work also here washing up keeping tidy and also even count allthe kitchen utilities when you arrive. This is a place for people usedto camping life. If you come early with no car you have to be awarecheck in is at 1500. If you need to be connected to internet youregoing to have no such possibility in these flats there is no wificonnection in the rooms.

Review 106：The air condition worked really well ! you will keep cool nomatter howwarm it is. I think this is a good place for people who drive cars withparking,unfortunately we didnt. Some of the staff is really friendly andhelpfull . There is a mini marked in the place.

Review 107：the policy regarding the opening hours of the swimming pools should be more permissive, especially during the long, hot summer days. Also, the shuttle-bus rides should start earlier than 9 A.M., because many busses/trains leave Peschiera station early in the morning. One more recommendation: it would be great to have free wi-fi in the resort, not only in the Park Hotel lounge.

Review 109：Didn't realize before we went that you need to supply your own bed and bath linens - probably our fault for not reading the fine print but it was annoying to have to buy them there on top of the nightly rate. The shuttle doesn't necessarily do pick-ups at the train station unless you ask it to come on one of its rounds. The indoor pool was kind of cold.

Review 110：Lots of pools for the kids - they had a great time when the weather was good. Lots of restaurant options on-site - especially good because it was a pain to go into town if you didn't have a car. The shuttle was very reliable. The staff was also very helpful.

However thereare three pools so we often just moved around. The complex was very niceand I would return!

Review 116：Residence Eden is made up of a number of hotels within the same complexthis adds to the facilities availble to all guests. On arrival we wereprovided with a book of information on the complex and entertainment.The room was clean and provided us with most things that we needed. Iwould suggest taking your own linen and towel with you plus somecleaning products for your departure inspection. The complex was verynice and I would return. The location was perfect for taking the traininto Verona, Venice and Gardaland. There is a free shuttle bus that runsall day from the hotel to the train station and town centre.

Review 117：Easyjet style hotel. The price you pay is not the one quoted, since youhave to pay for basic services: towels, sheets, toilet paper, finalcleaning(70 euros!). Not very friendly staff. We were strictlyinstructed to make the final cleaning of our room. Not just the kitchen.It is like staying with relatives that don't like you. Finally, youwon't like them. Not my style...
