Review 1：The friendliest, most traveler's understanding and oriented family that we got the fortune to meet on our journey. Beautiful villa with beautiful private rooms. The family has been doing this for over a decade now, so there's no BS.

Review 10：Room not ready despite arriving after 4Pm. Were given coffee in restaurant while we waited about 30 mins. Room did not apoear to have been cleaned properly and we were given twin rather than double as booked. Clean bed and towels but room generally in grubby state decor/detail wise. Pool rules not enforced. Taxi was not ordered as promised. No alcohol except room service.

Review 12：We tried the massage in the center it was ok for the experience as u get massaged with feet. But I felt that the place was not clean enough ( there were creepy crawlies on the floor when i was gettting the massage on the floor mat). The masseur was very professional but the place too old. The wifi is a messy. Its on and off which becomes complicated when you want to look for activities. The reception gave us a fact sheet , we booked a excursion but the description was too vague and we ended in a place we did not want to go to (tourist trap) and the driver did not speak english. So make sure you ask clearly what all is about. The food at diner needs improvement. It is overpriced for the quality. We did not use the swimming pool as we felt it was not clean enough for our standards. This is mainly due to the fact that there is no permanent pump system but rather an employee cleaning it every day.

Review 13：We Stopped at this hotel for a couple of nights as an entry point in Kerala before going on a houseboat trip. The hotel is clean and nicer than the pictures. Staff is friendly. The beds are very confortable. It is not very central, you will need to get a car to go anywhere. But the hotel can arrange this quite quickly. Overall a good place but only for a short stay.

Review 24：Very cozy, close to the beach (5 mins walk), but it's not a private beach. It's also close to the airport (around 1-2 km). Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. They even got me a huge complimentary homemade birthday cake, which was fresh and delicious! Thanks again! Swimming pool is big, clean and has bar, where you can order food/drinks. Price in the restaurant is reasonable. We also got a table set-up by the pool for dinner! The balcony is big, cozy and has a gorgeous view. Everything is green and flowery around. We will definitely come back one day!

Review 26：This hotel is great. From the staff to the amenities, everything was smooth and perfect for my stay. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Trivandrum. It's close to the airport, which is convenient but the airplane noise wasn't an inconvenience at all. Breakfast buffet is great, contrary to what some other reviewers have said.
