Review 1：The bed was very uncomfortable, only 3 pillows and no spares. there was no laundry service available, and no iron to use anywhere. They had turned off the air conditioning and refused to turn it back on even though it was incredibly humid and still 28 degrees. The shower flooded the very narrow bathroom as the curtain did not fit the shower tray. The hair dryer was not adequate to dry your hair and looked like someone had dismantled Henry hoover!

Review 18：Location fabulous, excellent views of lake and mountains from balcony. Receptionist and Manager were very helpful and attentive. Half hour walk into Malcesine centre by the lake. Tourist bus also available hourly in front of hotel.

Review 20：The hotel was situated in a stunning area with beautiful views of the lake where guests can sit and relax on the terrace and enjoy watching the various water activities. The pool area is also quiet and very pleasant. Although 5 minutes away from the main town there is a regular tourist shuttle and on the main road a bus service. Food and drink are all reasonably priced at the hotel and other hotels just minutes away offer different menus. Staff are very friendly and so very helpful. The hotel is maintained well and thoroughly clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

Review 21：No locks on main toilets. Far from malcesine. Room very small as was bathroom. No facilities to keep drinks for am. Couldn't iron a shirt or provide an iron.

Review 32：We didn't like looking at a brick wall outside our window, the hotel did not have an iron that we could hire/ use, we had to buy one in town. We were not told where the pool was as it was not obvious and the staff had limited English, so did not understand us when we asked.

Review 34：The toilet were a bit broken, bad coffee on breakfast (you can buy a good espresso with adittional cost). The walls between the rooms are not very soundproofing so you can kind of hear your neighbors and people outside in the corridor. you need a car to get to the city

Review 36：The front rooms of the hotel had a small fridge. My room was at the back and all I could see was a grass verge. The shutter was down all the time. I had no fridge for water cooling and there was no stopper in the sink for shaving. I didn't bother asking for one as I used a lid of my shaving foam to trap the water. No frankfurters on the continental breakfast buffet but I ate salami instead.

Review 37：I liked the room as air conditioning and safe were excellent. Bed was always made up and room was spotless. En suite was kept to a high standard of cleanliness and toilet rolls and soaps replaced with new ones. Staff very friendly.

Review 38：Rooms were very small and bathroom extremely small and definitely needs a serious revamp. We booked a lake view room as these were supposed to be larger - dread to think what a small room looks like. Once one person is up on your floor you may aswell get up as the noise seems as if the person is taking a shower in your room. No carpet on corridors which make for a very noisy passage to access rooms.

Review 39：The hotel Staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the location is superb with fabulous lakeside views. Malcesine is a picturesque town and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops.
