Review 1：Initially I had a room in the separate house. 100 m across the village "square". The decor and bathroom were very dated (70s), the furniture is tired and there is no WiFi. In the main building the WiFi was not configured correctly to allow guests to connect and there was no signal on the second floor.
Review 2：Evening food (half-board) is outstanding - huge portions of excellent food (some of the best I've had in Austria). Breakfast buffet is good - includes eggs cooked to order. The staff were very friendly. My (eventual) room in main house was large and modern, with a south-facing balcony and a view down the valley. Location is great for getting to Felber-Tauern, Matrei, Virgental and Kals all with superb walking trails. Despite being only 2 mins from the main road, the traffic is inaudible above the noise of the river. It is well signposted, and anyway our GPS took us directly to the front door. The half-board single-room offer was extremely good value for money.
