Review 1：our car got stolen during the night from the front of the hotel. maybe just an infortunate incident that disrupted the rest of our holiday. if only the night receptionist could have offered to use the garage, this could have been avoided.

Review 3：On the last night the top floor restaurant area and the ground floor bar were used for private celebrations. The noise in the first floor bedrooms meant that sleep was not possible until 2.00am. Management need to decide whether they want to run a top end hotel or a discotheque.
Review 4：Lovely spacious rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff. Location near the historic centre of Bisceglie. Wonderful restaurant but breakfast rather ordinary.

Review 6：There was a big party in the Hotels Bar with unbearable noise until around 2.00 am. At 8.00 am in the morning a very loud factory horn was going on for about 1 minute Hotel located near the fresh fish market. Not a great experience.
Review 7：Our room was directly over the bar. One night they had a party in the bar, and played EXTREMELY loud music until about 2 am. The windows in our room were vibrating and it was impossible to sleep. When I complained at 1:30 am, I was told, "The party will be over soon." The bartender showed poor judgement in playing the music so loud.
Review 8：The desk and restaurant staff are world-class professionals. We especially appreciated the kindness and consideration of Signor Giacomo.
Review 9：The hotel seemed to be in a bit of an undesirable area. We stayed here as part of our tour or Puglia and this was the only place that it was suggested that we park our car in the garage. There seemed to be a few strange people lurking around the hotel. Also the shower needed a proper clean. Despite this our stay was good and would stay again if in the area.

Review 13：When we arrived, the staff immediately made us feel comfortable with their smiles and helpfulness. We are at the rooftop restaurant, where the food was delicious and the view just as good. The room was large, quiet, had a view of the castle across the street. We loved our stay.

Review 16：A difficult place to get to but with GPS fine. This hotel is in the old city which is just right. We left the car on the street, no problem. This is a redone church, business and unique rooms, a small hotel with all the conveniences of a big one. Loved it.
