Review 1：The rooms and hallways were poorly furnished. Balcony was tiny and overlooked a busy swimming pool. Not at all majestic or palatial. Overpriced for the standard provided.

The hotel was outstanding and the free food, wine, beer and unexpected free lunch 4 days a week to go along with the free breakfast and evening buffets was amazing. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained and the views were outstanding. We will stay at the palace every time we return to Malcesine.

Review 14：1. Chambermaid, who was always unhappy to see us, cause we left our room not earlier that at 12.30 everyday. And the room was not really clean after her cleaning.

Review 15：1. 4 swimming pools, including 25-meters open sport swimming pool, 18-meters indoor swimming pool and 2 family-children paddling round pools. 2. Wonderful territory - hotel immersed in olive forest. 3. Free parking, plus if needed - garage for 3 euro/day 4. WIFI routers are everywhere, you could hardly find a place with bad connection. 5. Location. Being at a first look a bit outside of Malcesine center, it is far from Via Gardesana (main circular lake road) meaning it is less noisy place. And it is only 15 minutes walking from the center, so you can do some walking. 6. At least, but may be the most important is very good, efficient and competent reception stuff.

Review 16：Impersonal, too big. Poor quality breakfast (canned fruits, coffee withpowder milk). Clearly oriented towards German tourists, which is a bitpainful if you're not a German tourist (welcoming in German,animations in German, etc.)
