Review 1：Very friendly, heart-warm and polite owner of villa. Excellent location. Close to seaside and quit and safe region. You can have local trips to Zadar, Murter, Pag and others lovely places of Croatia by car. New apartments are made in good stile and are very comfortable.

Review 12：I loved the whole apartment. Location was about 5 mins walk from busstation. To go downtown zadar about 15-20 min bus ride. 2 markets nearbuy. She had everything needed to cook. Gave us a late check-in and latecheck out! She stayed up late for us and wasn't a pesky host. Shelives downstairs and answers any questions you have for her. I calledher 2 times before arriving and she was really nice. And speaks reallygood English. If you have a small family I suggest this place becausethe area is so peaceful. Close to 2 different beachs. I loved it wewalked. Took taxis and buses everywhere. Also a boat :). I plan to vistagain next summer. Also good ac which was needed at the end of Augustthank you villa nika for everything! I will be back next year

Review 13：absolutely to small for 2 adults and 2 children, the sofa were we had to sleep in the living room wasn't comfortable, awfull smell in the bathroom (tried to fix it bunt it didn't help

Review 15：Slabý wi-fi signál v tomto pokoji, ale venku se dal chytit. Zas tak důležité to nebylo.

Review 16：Měli jsme pokoj v suterénu. Nejdříve jsme si říkali, že to tedy není nic moc, ale nakonec to byl jeden z nejlepších pokojů. Dostatečně prostorný pro 4 osoby (před roztažením gauče), nebylo tam vedro (na rozdíl od jiných pokojů, kam pražilo slunce) a dalo se chodit venkem (před francouzským oknem byla zahrada). Jinak designově velmi pěkný, vybavený (nemusíte mít ani utěrky, jar, ručníky, povlečení, mýdlo...) a velmi ochotná majitelka. Cokoli jsme potřebovali, vyšla vstříct. K moři cca 900 m. Pokud ještě někdy pojedeme k Zadaru, rádi se tam vrátíme. Doporučujeme.

Review 17：Apartments too small for informed capacity. If you choose 4 persons apartment it is for 2 adults and 2 kids rather than for 4 adults. The same for 6 persons apartment.

Review 18：House in a quite area close to the sea and restaurants, few shops in the nearby, easy parking. House owner very helpful.

Review 19：If you hire the studio downstairs, there is not that much privacy in the yard because of children passing by or playing. After all it's a shared garden.

Review 20：The hostess was extremely friendly. If there was any kind of problem, she would fix it in a heartbeat. The appartment was just a five minute walk from the beach and a market. Great! Perfect for a young couple. The garden was a nice extra.The appartment was superclean and well-equiped.

Review 21：Just to note that, in the Picasso room, the double bed is on a mezzanine floor, accessed via narrow fold-down steps - so need to be able bodied.

Review 22：A comfortable modest size modern apartment which was fine for 2 adults and 3 young children. Very clean and off-street parking. An easy walk to nearby shops, restaurants, harbour. A friendly welcome from a helpful host. No problems.
