Review 1：Most of all the fact that even we insisted in giving us an Invoice for the payment done in cash at check in we didn’t received. Because the flight company is going to pay back the accommodation cost, I tried to ask for the Invoice via phone and e-mail after 2-3 days. It is now more than 2 weeks and I didn’t get any reply or feed-back to my request.
Review 2：we wanted to visit Venice and stay outside the fuss of the city, the location is not recomended for that purpose, it's about 30 min walk(4 km) from Treviso center and a 45 min train ride .The train's frequency is awful. if you just want to relax in the middle of a farm house then the location would probably suit you.

Review 4：Very warm welcome, excellent service, very helpful staff, clean comfortable neat room/bathroom, nice location with huge garden/lawn, close to Treviso (4 km). Perfect also to visit Venice with cheap car parking at the train station of Treviso and good train connection. We were fully satisfied and had a very pleasant stay, we will come back!

Review 6：We loved the charming house and its owners, lovely ! Nature style. There are kiwi trees around the house and other good products. It s close to Trevise (about 5/10 min), nice old Roman style Town.
Review 7：Check in was difficult. There is no sign for reception, and what turned out to be reception was locked when we arrived. I had to flag down a member of the kitchen staff to get checked in. After being shown to our rooms we didn't receive any information about . . . anything. So we had no idea where or what time breakfast would be - so make sure you ask. Returning from dinner at 11pm we found the entrance gate locked. We eventually discovered a 2nd entrance further down the road but panicked that we'd been locked out. The basic breakfast is a little confusing as some things are laid out and other things you have to ask for. I had to as for milk three times and coffee twice (big family!) which is just awkward. It would be far better if they just made the breakfast self-service but perhaps they're trying to cut costs.
Review 8：Good location. Only a few minutes drive into Treviso centre, but far enough out to enjoy the peace of the countryside. Great outside area for kids to run around and play - some basic play equipment like swings and a baby slide. Probably the cleanest establishment I've ever stayed in. Staff were warm and friendly (although sometimes hard to find).

Review 15：The hotel is surrounded by countryside and very pretty.The staff were helpfull and kind, We arrived in the middle of a thunder storm and the owner came out to the car with umberellas for us. Ideal for the airport with early continental breakfast and check out, we would definitely use this hotel again.
Review 16：We had asked for a 7.30am breakfast which we had to chase up at 7.50 because we had an early flight from Venice. The Signora was full of apologies and slightly flustered, and I wanted to hug her and say "don't worry". I don't think the message had been passed on by the proprietor from the night before.
Review 17：Comfortable room with excellent shower/WC, air-conditioning much appreciated. Quiet rural location. Excellent restaurant just 2km away for an evening meal. Good wifi. Breakfast was fairly good but a bit rushed as we had a flight to catch. Good value for money.

Review 21：It is a great place to relax. The room is beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly, with poor english knowledge but they solved perfectly. The house is located at the boarder of the city, that is why it is calm. We recommend to visit.

Review 24：Amazing place outside of the city.car essential as taxi cost 22euro from the airport. which is bit overpriced for 5min ride. we arrived in the evening and owner made dinner for us even we didn't advise her about it.breakfast served at time which suited to us.

Review 27：We expected fresh food and home-made products. We did get very nice wine from the hosts. It was a mirracle treat! Gorgeous. However, breakfasts were quite usual, though we did not feel hungry. Home-made cookies were great. The possibility to order foods would be great but we did not have it. The room was simple but very clean, with fresh smell and air. the hospitality of the hosts is wonderful. It is strange how they can manage this place all by themselves. All in all - it was one of the best family vacations.

Review 59：Only 5 mins drive from Treviso airport, so very convenient for late flight. Quiet, clean and spacious, a big yard for kids to run. Very good breakfast, bread with fried egg, omelette fruits and milk etc. A very nice old lady, waiting for us until 11pm, although can't speak English, but try to explain everything and show us around, give us extra blankets and pillows and make sure we settle down well.
