Renovated only a couple of years ago, the bed and breakfast is surrounded by orange and lemon trees. All rooms have air conditioning and private bathroom, among other facilities and a parking lot (for maximum 5 cars) is also available.
The B&B is in a great location to visit Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast and to reach the most famous places around the Sorrento area.

Review 8：The room we had was simple but clean. We had an outdoor patio with a table and chairs just for our room. The breakfast was very good.

Review 9：Toilet seat was loose, green paint on balcony chairs easily rubs off, towels changed each day but often had stains on, breakfast lady doesn't smile and not very approachable. Morning Coffee wasn't that hot. Local dogs bark in middle of the night and many scooters going past disturb sleep. Double bed was raised in the middle, not that comfortable.

Review 10：Breakfast was nice. Receptionist who greeted us was welcoming and spent time telling us about the train to Sorrento and Naples (station is an easy 5min walk from hotel) and restaurants that would give 10% off if you showed the hotel card. Mini fridge in room was useful.

Review 11：It's inexpensive. With nice breakfast n warm staff. It's away from serrento city center but we explored around found a place with amazing sea view.

Review 12：Relais Francesca is a charming B & B as is described in the write-up. The receptionist was outstandingly helpful in settling us in, giving us information about the area (trains, laundermats, festivals, local restaurants etc), and it was all delivered with a big smile! She even made us a cup of tea when we arrived as we were so tired. Our room was private and quiet.

Review 13：A B&B with adequate facilities but spoiled by the lack of care for many things. Non era multo buona. The toilet seat not attached properly, the fridge shut in a cupboard acting as a heater, the cupboards chipped and worn, the verandah chairs that left colour on the clothes. The breakfast was simple but some of it was from previous days. The welcome was acceptable but far from warm.

Review 14：The staff is great, very nice! The rooms are renovated and high quality. The location is good because it's very close to train which is 2 minutes from Sorrento and 30 minutes to the entrance of Pompei Scavi

Review 17：The 3 beds room without balcony is very small, almost no place to walk in the room. The 3rd bed is a small metal bed only for kid. The dogs in adjoining houses barked every night.

Review 19：You need to rely on the trains or buses to reach the centre of Sorrento. Piano station is only about three minutes' walk away, and it's a useful rail route for the main tourist sites, but there are some gaps in the timetable, so you must plan your journey in advance.

Review 20：The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and we could get 10% discounts at two very nice restaurants (one of them just round the corner) by telling them we were from Francesca. The room was cool and quiet and the building is set in a large and shady garden.

Review 21：I would prefer more fruit at breakfast and a toaster to cook the bread would have made it better.

Review 22：The place was more than i expected. Great location, lovely gardens, great terrace veranda. The staff on the reception were just so helpful and kind to us. They meet us at the gate and told us where to park. I asked earlier by email if it was possible to have a kettle in our room and they went out and bought one. The girls on the front desk helped us with booking day trips and told us how to get to great restaurants.

Review 23：I just want to point out that Relais Francesca is in Piano de Sorrento a suburb of Sorrento and therefore not in Sorrento itself it is easily reached by train or bus but it is good to know as we mistakenly thought it was in SOrrento itself.

Review 41：The fact that the lift(elevator) shuts down at 8:00pm and the lobby closes also. Not very good if you are traveling with or are someone who needs assistance! No late night coffee or tea in the lobby! Entrance to the hotel is by an outside staircase,after hours,and if it is raining you will get wet! No alarm clock in the room and no phone!

Review 42：The staff was excellent,especially Christina and Louisa. The hotel is conviently located near the train station making Sorrento very fast and easy to get to. The breakfast was ok and just enough to get you started, mostly small pasteries not much on meats or cheeses.

Review 43：All of it I got electrocuted frim the sockets you can't even spend10 euros to buy a toaster for toast not a word of English never areceptionist shower head just hanging doesn't go onto the holderfault after fault with the rooms staff worst place I have ever stayedand I'd be very surprised if there is a good review! If so it'sfake I'm no one for moaning about places never wrote a really badreview but this takes the biscuit this place not recmended!

Review 45：Well, a bit far to the beach - it is a very hot walk. I ended up goingto the main square and taking a shuttle bus - air-conditioned - to abeach called Meta Alimuri. Very nice people, with a young man manningthe desk who speak good english.

Review 46：We had two rooms, one with a balcony. The rooms were nice, and the was alovley garden surrondong the hotel ( nb, anybody with allergies shouldbe aware of this, but I loved it) a very sweet and helpful receptionistmade the stay even nicer.
