Review 1：The adwertised view is true just for one room. But at booking is being showed by all rooms. I was a "bit" disapointed by tis fact. The house is located by quite bussy,so noisy, local crossroad. Also there are no pedestrian walksides leading to the coast, what can be stressfull whit small children.

Review 3：The owner was very kind, talkative and cordial. We arrived early in the morning, and she made a breakfast and coffee for us. Accomodation was good for the price we paid.
Review 4：we had a room with a view over the garden. this was actually a little garden and close to the road. the 'curtains' (i dont know the word in english, in dutch: rolluik) couldn't be closed. the owner could have told us that and fix it, it looked liked she already knew.

Review 12：That was a very pleasant stay at this guesthouse.Owners are extremely helpful, they gave us more then we expect. We enjoyed beautiful terrase with a sea with islands few, as well as all a full kitchen equipment. There is small beach in 8 min walking from house. Also Zadar city is very close and there is no problem to get there if you know bus-schedule.There are few small grocery shops in few meters and few restaurants. In one word, it is worthy to stay here.
Review 13：Our plane landed at 23:00 and we didn't even make it to the apartment until close to 01:00. She was up waiting for us and even gave us directions when we couldn't find it. Just be sure to set your GPS for "Bibinje" instead of "Zadar" or you will not be in the right area.

Review 18：Great visit in Bibinje. Mira is one of the kindest people I've ever met. We had the new built apartment aproximately 300-400 m away from the beach. The shops, bankomat, post office and bus stop were just one step away from it. I reccomend that place especially for couples and families with children.
