Review 1：Floor was very uneven and the room very dated. The room was desperately in need of a total renovation.
Review 2：We had a view and the room was warm enough. The bed was OK.
Review 3：Quiet, plenty of space to walk the dog. Room was basic, but the bed was comfortable and the renovated bathroom clean. All we needed for a good night's rest. Pleasant staff.

Review 12：After backing the car under the car port to unload, the space between the front of our car and the rock garden wall meant that other cars were not able to drive past so I had to park my car elsewhere. This was only a problem for our room.

Joo-Siew was most affable and I look forward to the next time I pass through town, not only for a place to kip, but to say hello and catch up again! A very welcome place for the wayward traveller.

Review 33：Location. The large window and view from my room. The owner is a very lovely lady. The views from the lounge and dining area. Would definitely return. Cosy and comfy room. Bed was very comfy. Hard to get out of bed as I loved lying there and looking out the large window which took up nearly the whole wall.

Review 43：This motel is very old and tired. The bed was very soft, the floor uneven, the decor and facilities very shabby. The room was not super clean either, especially the bathroom (there was hair on the floor).
Review 44：Great place to stay spacious, clean unit, very comfortable. Was great for our needs. Friendly and nice staff. The reception area was lovely had nice views of the gardens and surrounding Cooma area there was also an adorable friendly pet bird in the reception area, which gave a nice and welcoming feel to the place. The location was fantastic and had great views of surrounding gardens and bushland in the Cooma area.

Review 54：It was simple to book. The friendly staff accommodated a late check in time with no problems. It was easy to find, comfortable, warm, clean and perfect location on the way to skiing. Undercover parking made it easy after a cold night to leave early in the morning.

Review 61：Outside the unit needs concrete to keep the units inside clean. Carpet was dirty. Aircon didn't reach the second room, needed to buy a heater. Mattresses need to be replaced as they are painfully uncomfortable. Bunk beds are not safe, they look like a backyard job. Cold draft was coming from under the gap under the door.

Review 65：The shared bins outside the room were full still when we checked in at 3pm and when we checked out 2 Days later were over flowing onto the ground. Very noisy from adjoining rooms, vulgar language written under the top bunk bed where my Daughter slept, old dirty and smelly including the bedding (which was very uncomfortable). Could not fit the jug under the tap to fill so i had to use a cup to fill it and even the Door had to be slammed to get it shut. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else to.
