Review 7：The hotel is not fit for human habitation because the bedroom temperature was in excess of 30c and it was not possible to sleep. It was dirty and smelt unpleasant.

Review 20：Extremely helpful staff on reception (I must mention Cristina and Erica) who were very reassuring when I thought I had lost my passport (I hadn't!) and arranged a packed breakfast for me as I was leaving very early in the morning. My currently limited mobility caused no problems as everything was designed to cater for this

Review 35：The hotel had a perfect locating just outside the old town. We had a nice room on the 3. floor, and from the balcony we had superb view of the town, the lake and the mountains. The breakfast was very good. We will definately come back to this hotel again.
