Review 1：Slow employees,nothing is inclusive. Pay extra for swimmingpool, another extra for sauna. Preorder table in reception. Small roms. Skiroom without heat. Bad breakfast. I do not recomend this hotel, try another one.

Review 2：Food was not so good. We would have liked more choices. The swimming pool was not very clean and the water was freezing.

Review 4：When we arrived we were placed in smoking room, then at the reception we were told that the hotel has only smoking rooms. After some disputes we got a non-smoking family room. Also triple room is not a triple , but double with extra bed. When you buy mountain pass at the reception , pls check than you will receive the proper one. We got a pass only for Italian part without France and it was asurprise when next day we would like to go to France.

Review 6：the fact that no towels are provided for the pool. The bar is only open from 3:30. the fact that it is not ski in ski out. The hiring of skis. Queueing up only to be measured in the hotel.

Review 7：the pool, the apres ski snacks, the fact that the ski instructors come to the hotel so you can book them from there. The reception organised the ski passes (save for the 6 year old) shuttle works ok.The well organised receptionist who organise the taxi to and from the hotel.

Review 8：The breakfast basically only contained sugary foods. White bread, juices, marmalade, and so on. There were however some eggs and some fruit, but i.e. no bacon or any vegetables.

Review 11：Excelent stay! We stayed in hotel for 1 week. Was really nice. Luxury hotel in the centre of nature. Excelent location.This hotel has everything what you can possible imagine: swimming pool,gym,entertainment are, showroom,SPA,restaurant,miniclub for children,big lobby,mummy kitchen etc... Very friendly and smiled staff always ready to help, delicious food, very clean room,shuttle bus, aiport tranfer etc We stayed there with our 3 years son and he loved it too! Nice animators which plenty of ideas for spending valuable and happy time! I would reccomend this hotel for familys because its really family friendly but the same for singles, honeymoons etc Is the best hotel in region! Absolutely!
