Review 1：Poor wifi. We were not allowed to use mini kitchen (even it was included in the reservation). There was no option to choose breakfast. Not worth the money we paid.

Beautiful place with very nice sandy beach in front of house. Delicious breakfast. Cosy appartment. We liked everything. I would deffinately stay here the next time we will go to Sicily.
Review 18：So this was our final destination of the Italian leg of our trip after visiting the bustling city of Napels and the spectacular volcano of Stromboli we wanted a great beach so we could all relax, we where not disappointed. The beach and sea where fantastic wonderful golden sands and warm shallow sea perfect for our little boy to paddle and a stones throw from the B&B. When we arrived we where greeted by Domonic and his parents, we could not have asked to meet a more friendly and hospitable family who throughout the week made sure we where well looked after and went out of their way to make us welcome. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning Domonic offered us a choice of English or Italian breakfast both where fantastic. We also had lunch on a few occasions, great home cooked Sicilian food. Dominic took the time to personaly show us around Licata the nearby town where to eat and get ice cream which was great! So all in all we had one of the best holidays we have had not just because of the sun sea and sand but also because we where made truely welcome and no ask was to much. Thanks Dominic we would love to come back Rich, Veronika and Christopher.

Review 22：Nice and very hospitable owners, delicious breakfasts, apartments very clean and well equipped. Great location on the sidelines, among only a dozen homes in the area (ideal for motorists). Close to a large sandy beach, where you should not run out of space for anyone.

We would recommend this place to anybody who wants a quite restfull time,the sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away from the garden,really lovely place,good food,great rooms but the family made it for us they are really great people.
Review 40：I want to thank owners of the hotel for the nice stay. Hotel is small but very clean with big rooms and sea view. Very warm owners. Almost no people on the beach. I don't kite, but it's the perfect place for kiting. I've spent some time in various small hotels in Sicily but I liked it most.
