Review 1：The staff went out of their way to meet our every need - including finding a larger room for us on the nights we had extra family with us and arranging for us to get to the airport. Breakfasts were delicious and cleaning was always top notch. Perfect central location, yet quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and cheerful, no matter how many guests were staying!
Review 2：The hotel is located just off the central square of the town, so everything is within walking distance. As with many other hilltop towns in Italy, you must park outside the walls, but plenty of free spaces were available. The staff was friendly, with limited English, no major problems were encountered.
Review 3：The hotel was beautiful and our room (suite) was fantastic - very spacious, well appointed, and can literally walk out of the door into the heart of the beautiful town of Montefalco. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and although we spoke different languages we had no trouble communicating. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in beautiful Umbria!!

Review 5：Lovely restored hotel with lots of character right in the middle of Montefalco. Good value for money. A nice solarium with hot tub and great views (although it was too rainy to make use of it). The kind and helpful receptionist made real cappuccino for breakfast but the selection of breads and jams was a bit dull.

Review 8：The hotel was pretty with a good location in the town, our room was beautiful, the owners were helpful (Paulo, the husband speaks English) - Paolo drove us to the Foligno train station on a Sunday when the buses weren't running. Loved this place.
Review 9：Owners were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting restaurants in town. Hotel is in a great location for visiting the town of Montefalco,the Sagrantino Wine Trail and other towns in the area. Would definitely stay there again if our travels bring us back to Umbria.

Review 11：Once you manage to find it, it is a beautyfully located hotel in the "città storica" of Montefalco. The interior is nicely redecorated, keeping some of the old wall paintings intact. Our room had a terrace with a nice view towards Assisi in the distance. It is a vacationers hotel and you should lower your pace accordingly. Very nice and helpful staff and a breakfast table that exceeds that of many more expensive hotels.

Review 28：The location of Montefalco is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. We were staying over a week so they gave us a lovely room with a balcony so that we had a lovely view and somewhere to sit when we wanted to. The room was cleaned beautifully every day with fresh linen too. The continental breakfast was very adequate for us. The view over the Spoleta Valley was wonderful. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and 5 min. from some of the best cafes, bars and restaurants. You can walk easily to everything including the delightful museum and the shops. We thoroughly recommend Degli Affreschi and look forward to returning there ourselves.
