Review 1：staffs were not so pleasing....luggage transfer and all were totally disrupted and we were carrying of our own....but they were having hell lot of jobs as an exhibition was going on....

Review 3：The swimming pool area was very dirty, including the loungers. I cut my toe on the sharp edge of the pool. The restaurant staff were not well trained and appeared quite morose.

Review 5：The hotel is situated in a good location with close proximity to tourist spots like zoo, museum, etc. Food was tasty and service was good. Room service was prompt. Overall a very good experience.

Review 6：No proper maintenance on toilet flush tank. Wardrobe is not at all acceptable for being a 4 star hotel, base not clean and looks ugly. some bad smell is coming up.
