Review 1：Nothing major - would have liked to have a chair and small table on the balcony - but everything else was good.

Review 5：Rather disappointed, we were booked into a double room with disabled access as my husband is in a wheelchair most of the time.Sadly,despite the room being lovely & big the bathroom was a disaster.A wheelchair could not fit past the small path past the wet room incline.Sink was fine but total disaster was No Toilet Seat at all.Went to try to discuss with staff but due to language barrier i was told it was broke.Asked if we could change room but non available.My husband had to use my sisters toilet the whole 3 days without the bars as it was too low for him to sit on & would have been painful.I had shower 1st & glad i did as the wet room bit was so slippy i could not allow him to use it as his bones are already replaced.So he also used my sisters shower cubicle under supervision.Main complaint is please do not say a disabled room when clearly it is not!

Review 7：The room was tight for space. Sitting at the desk was awkward because you couldn't pull the chair out all the way to sit down, it kept hitting the bed halfway out.

Review 9：Minus/Cons: One morning we did not have warm water! Asked for help, assured that somebody will take care fixing the problem, nothing happened on that day! Ended having a refreshing cold shower. Terrible coffee at breakfast!

Review 19：The staff at recpetion were fantastic (lady with long black hair and glasses) helped with organising the free shuttle into the city centre and with our problems connecting to the wifi. Breakfast was great, full of options including brown bread and toaster! Fresh fruit and juices and great tasting coffee. We ate two nights in a row at the resturant for dinner and were served by great waiters and the food was fantastic & great value for money! Oh and the shower was awesome after a long day walking around in ridiculous heat!

Review 23：The hotel is located far from sites in an industrial section of town. The hotel itself is nice and modern. However, the front deskstaff was relatively unfriendly, the bathrooms were not well cleaned and the wifi was terrible. Even though I was staying for three days they kept giving me a "free" wifi card that was only good for one hour.

Review 25：Noisy doors at hotel rooms. The staff was not too kind when arriving asking for money before even showing the room. The hotel shuttle was not available 2 days of 7 our staying. Taxi is overcharging if not negotiating the sum before getting to the destination. We've not being informed by hotel staff about this issue.

Review 26：We enjoyed staying at this resort, but was difficult with no rented car. It's a good looking site with a great garden.

Review 27：The bathroom shower was prone to flooding the bathroom and required a lot of effort to keep it under control. Not stayed in a hotel before with no toilet seat but this seemed to be a theme in Pompeii itself.

Review 29：The hallway is not carpet so you can hear the cleaning services car and their noises. if you think the check out is until 11 ,they begin to work at 8.30. Pompei amphitheatre gate is 20 mins by foot. İf it has pool , it would be nice.

Review 30：The parking area is safety and the garden is nice so after breakfast you can drink a coffee in garden .The breakfast has coffee and cake not much . Staff was friendly and quite helpful.

Review 31：The open plan shower got water everywhere in the bathroom. Air conditioning was maybe not powerful enough: it was still uncomfortably hot at night even with it on. Wi-fi broke after a day or two (log-in system stopped working completely).

Review 32：Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good selection with a sandwich toaster, meats, boiled eggs, cake and much more. Room was spacious and had a balcony with a good view. The decor was colourful and stylish.

Review 33：Room was not clean (especially the bathroom had not been cleaned); bed very old and used up; lots of dust everywhere, we had room 201, so just next to the hallway, stairway and the elevators so it was very loud with people passing by, we could even hear the conversation from the ground floor and we were on the 2nd floor! Doors are not opening properly, so you can hear the noise of all other guests trying to open or close their doors; breakfast was very poor, no fresh things, water offered only in self-purify bottles, breakstfast room not very clean; the Pompeii ruins are 15 minutes by foot away, but the streets around do not look so safe and nice to walk there, so we took the car instead.

Review 42：All the staff working here are excellent. The hotel is close to the autostrada and easy to reach but not noisy. It is within walking distance to the archeological site and the Circumvesuviana railway station although the shuttle bus is available if you enquire the day before you need it. It has a very pleasant garden with some rare birds. We had a little problem with the air-conditioning otherwise everything worked well: internet, shower, hot water, cleaning, fresh towels, good breakfast with plenty of fruit and savoury options, a truly caring staff in both hotel and the excellent restaurant. An absolute steal at the price.

Review 43：Most all of the staff were so helpful and cheery, but there were a couple morning staffers at the front desk that could change their sour expressions and attitudes towards the guests....

Review 51：The staff are friendly cheerful and helpful. The room is clean comfortable with plenty of heat and hot water. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the excavation site at Pompeii. Plenty of nice restaurants and pizzarias along the way. Don't miss the buffalo mozzarella you'll never be the same again.

Review 52：My partner and I are covered in bed bug bites from this '4 star resort'. We wrote to the hotel and we were told they were mosquito bites, however when getting them checking by a professional we were assured they were bed bugs and given cream and tablets. I would not stay here again!! My face is so swollen from the bites and the rest of the bites on my body are irritating. To have them dismiss the problem is appalling!!

Review 56：our toilet seat was broken in half and sticky taped together. The tape was wrapped around and around it and it was obvious it had been there for some time and while being cleaned, sediment had got into the layers of the tape. disgusting. We told them at reception.. nothing was done. Of course if they had cared, the seat would not have been scotch taped in the first place. Bed left both of us with back aches. Airconditioner only worked on full blast (level 3) level 1 and 2 just switched off. room temp was 17 degrees, so freezing. If we turned it off, we sweltered, if we opened the doors to let fresh air in, there were no screens so we were bitten constantly by mosquitos. so we closed the doors and froze and I left the hotel with a sore throat and a chest cold developing. Find somewhere else to stay

Review 64：This property is a bit far from town. We found that getting a taxi fromtown was difficult and very expensive 25 euros one way. If you don'thave a car then paying a bit more to be closer to town and restaurantswill be worth it, because you will save on taxis. The property does havea shuttle to take you to the ruins, but its availability at other timesis very limited.

Review 68：The hotel is great value for money! It is comfortable, personnel is helpful and they provide many services. Dinner was lovely in the outside terrace and cheap! The menu was so good I ate there twice. It's walking distance from the ruins. The location is not beautiful but in less than 5 min walk you are in the center with many restaurants and shops.

Review 69：Breakfast was not great. We arrived at 9:45, most things were already gone. We complained about noise and alarm going off at the middle of the the night, and someone who seems to be the owner, said she did not know anything about it and it wasn't the hotel. Which is not true as we've heard people calling reception. A little bit disappointed as we did not get an apology.

The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was equipped in a shower with hydromassage facilities, the served breakfast offered variety of choices both international and Italian foods (it was served in the form of buffet). the hotel has a very nice garden and a view on Mount Vesuvius. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The parkingplace was shaded. I really recommend Pompei Resort for a holiday. and Pompei offers a very good location and is close to many tourist attractions (Naples, Ercolano, Sorrento)

Review 73：Easy to find by car, just next to the highway. You can see the hotel when you leave the highway. Also not so far from the trainstation. And you can walk by foot to the ruines of Pompei and the city centre. Ideal location for excursions to Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento, Naples etc. It was clean and the staff is friendly and helpfull. There is a free parking. If you want to use the free shuttle to the ruines, you have to book it a day before.

Review 74：- it appeared that the air-conditioning was regulated by the front desk and was kept at 22 celsius. Need to have control of temperature in the room as it was very hot -included breakfast needed some variety other than just sweet breads.
