Review 1：All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a stunning view from our balcony and our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Food was also very good. Definitely plan to return.

Review 32：The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the lake and only a short lakeside walk to the very pretty village of Malcesine. The staff were very welcoming and efficient, ensuring every comfort and Enrica in the restaurant is an absolute delight. Room 74 gives you the best of both worlds with two balconies, one overlooking the mountains (sunny in the morning, cool in the afternoon) and the second giving you a very broad lateral view of the lake which is sunny all day. Although the room is not large, it affords every comfort with more than enough space for storage and a very welcome fridge and safe for personal use. Lovely shower with towels changed daily. The restaurant is excellent with a daily changing four-course menu with choice. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Although we did not use the pool, it does look very inviting and overlooks the lake. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't fault this hotel. If you arrive by car, there is also plenty of parking. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Review 33：Stayed for a friends wedding, which was in the hotel. Food was superb, the staff were friendly and helpful, our young daughter was very well catered for and looked after. Was only there one night but would definitely return, very impressive.
