Review 1：Mattress was a bit lumpy, but not enough to ask for a replacement.
Review 2：The staff was extremely helpful and quite professional. Food was very good and plentiful. Excellent air conditioning during our stay. Pool was very clean and hardly used by the other guests.

Review 5：Bisceglie was something of a disappointment - it had an interesting portarea but the centre had limited facilities. Trani - just 4 kms away fromour hotel offered much more; great shopping, lovely cathedral andshoreline park area.
Review 6：Our friendly welcome from all staff, the large, clean room withefficient aircon. The pool area and gardens were lovely and a greatchoice of cereals, fruit, juices, croissants and a delicious pastry atthe buffet breakfast. The free wi-fi proved to be invaluable. Thehotel's displays and link to Italian soccer provided muchdiscussion. The hotel was 2 kms from Bisceglie and easy to locate. Thesecure, free car park was a bonus.
Review 7：Location means car essential. Could be improved by a shuttle bus service or more proactive help with taxis/ local transport.
