Review 1：This was the most amazingly positioned hotel. Just a just a few meters from the bus stop, with about 30 m from the shops, restaurants, the lake, the castle and everything you want to do.. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and a restaurant where you get discount for dinner or lunch. This hotel is a must booking if you visit Malcesine!!

Review 10：Too much noise and a very small room. Noise from the outside and from guests within the Hotel. Loud doors and you can hear the voices of your neighbours. Room was orientated to the Piazza.

Review 18：One minute (less than 60 seconds) walk to everywhere (old town, lake, bus stop, city centre). The rooms are clean and have great view from windows and balconies. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is superb. The management provides everything what you need and want.

Review 22：Great value for money, rooms well-equipped with everything you need, wi-fi very fast, reception staff extremely lovely and accommodating willing to help with anything including planning transport/itineraries/booking activities, even offered to drive me to a nearby town as public transport didn't come often on a public holiday, can't believe how cheap the room is for the price, great location, right next to bus stop and in the centre of town, beautiful view from balcony to the mountains, very clean. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Although I didn't eat in the restaurant, it looked like it had a lovely atmosphere. Lovely family run hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 39：Great location in the center of the city near the harbor and the bus stop. For 5-7 minutes you can walk to the Castello Scaligero and funicular to Monte Baldo. Nearby there is seaside promenade. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, which has a delicious food. The owners of the hotel is very pleasant and nice, are doing everything to guests feel comfortable. All staff of the hotel and restaurant has a friendly and professional. I hope to return here again...

Review 44：I didn't like the decor in the restaurant or bar area, felt it was very dated, with random vases, dried/imitation flowers and paintings together with other unnecessary bric a brac, a visit from the 'Hotel Inspector' would not go amiss.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. The location is excellent, it is very central. The hotel restaurant is very good, the food is lovely, the service is great, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and geusts of the hotel receive a discount. rooms are a little small, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

Review 50：Overlooked the main town square and Mount Baldo. One of the best hotels if you have walking difficulties as it is half way between ferry and bus stop. Lift serves all floors which removes almost all steps. Verona airport transfer, door to door is available by pre-booked minibus for 21 euro/person. Our large bedroom had a bath, separate small shower and bidet. Popular restaurant is good value, and even better with the 10% discount for hotel guests. Good buffet breakfast with warm croissants and lovely cake. A plumbing problem was attended to immediately.
