Review 1：Parking is a bit tight but you can park on the road close by. Woken at 0600 by the lively cockies on the roof. Not the fault of the Quest but grateful that they listened. That only happened on one morning

Review 5：Sometimes the room was not cleaned until late afternoon. It wasn't dusted for the 9 days we were there.

Review 6：The location. It was within walking distance to all the town had to offer. Much to do in Echuca. The room was spacious with good outlook.

Review 7：Great location. The rooms are a good size but I always choose the 1 Bed room, which has a separate lounge. the Pub across the road is a fantastic place to eat and have a beer.

Review 14：The after hours door was not reliable. The doona did not have a proper cover it was put between 2 sheets which made it not so comfortable. Also the king bed room i booked was actually 2 singles pushed together.

Review 19：I should have asked for a disability suite. The shower was in the bath and the bath had very high sides. Anyone with any mobility issues should be aware of this and there are apparently some disability apartments, or ones with showers not in the bath if you ask in advance.

Review 42：The car parking was not allocated. We returned from our night out to find there were no car spaces available and we had to park on the street. We had a young infant with us and we were trying to make our weekend as easy as possible for us. When I mentioned this to the staff they were indifferent about this. Also there were no sweet biscuits with the tea and coffee.

Whilst they call themselves Quest servicedApartments there is no Cleaning on Sundays or Public Holidays!! Had towash our own towels Shocking service Imagine Easter? Fri - Mon only oneday would get serviced- disgusting Balcony table was between 2 hota/c units I.E. unusable! Bedroom was stuffy no windows to open.Disappointing for the high price.

Review 60：The 1st bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment didn't have a TV. WiFi was very slow.

Review 61：Location was perfect, close to main shopping strip and cafes/restaurants. Staff were friendly. We had a 3 bedroom apartment (adjoining 2 rooms) which was clean and spacious. The swimming pool area was nice.

Review 62：After hours/rear entrance door card reader was hit and miss as to whether it would work, very annoying!

Review 64：The only problem we encountered was gaining access to the building following the closure of the Reception Area. The outdoor access machine failed to read the access card, I needed to try many times until it accepted the card.

Review 66：People running up and down the hall for 2 nights, I ended up on the second night opening the door and telling them that I had had enough and that was 1.30am. People in the room next to ours they were yelling until 2.30am.

Review 81：The traffic noise is a little uncomfortable if watching TV, you need to shut the windows and if you're a light sleeper it can wake you in the morning but we would stay there again no problem.

Review 82：The location is perfect, the fact that you can leave your car parked and walk in to the Village is great. It's very close to the shops, eateries, pubs and paddle steamers.

Review 83：We stayed for one night only. The bathroom door was clearly in need of WD40. When we arrived home to watch a bit of tv, we couldn't get it working. Called reception and someone came immediately but quickly realised the cords were broken and couldn't be used. Ten o'clock- no genuine apology and should have been offered a reduction in rate given that we were then left with nothing besides loud noise from the American Hotel till @ 1:30 in the morning. When the service doesn't meet the standard and dollars you've spent- ot would be good practice to compensate a little.

Only one trolley for bags to the car park which I eventually found being used by maintenance staff. Reception could not care less and would not help!!!!!!!

Review 94：I bought a gin to drink by the gorgeous looking pool in the advertisement, only to find it lay across a daggy car park, not near my room and unwelcoming from my glance from the front door. Very disappointed, but perhaps I should come back one day and have another look.

The staff were friendly, polite and approachable. My only regret was we only stayed one night wis it had of been longer.

Review 104：Loved the location - able to walk to the Port and to all the attractions and restaurants in town. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms are great - we had a two bed apartment which are actually 2 hotel rooms with an open interconnecting door. I went away with a girlfriend for a girls weekend away and we both had a king bed and a bathroom each. One of the rooms had a larger lounge area, where we could sit and chat. It was perfect for our situation - would recommend this hotel.
