Set close to the French border, Hotel Edelweiss is in Cesana Torinese, 5 minutes by free ski bus to the Via Lattea ski lift. It features a terrace with mountain views where lunch and dinner can be served.
Comfortable and cosy, rooms at the Edelweiss come with carpeted floors and wooden furniture. They all feature free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Each one has a private bathroom with a bathrobe and slippers. Some have a balcony.

Review 1：Fantastic, hotel - really great and friendly owners. Well situated with drop off service and great value. Would totally recommend to anyone for a ski weekend!
Review 2：It needs a refreshment, bathroom is small, room needs some more furniture. Transparent pricing would be appreciated instead of running after and asking for information. Also, a worm welcome by the owner should not cost a thing, as he is anyway omnipresent (and over present!). This place could have a nice future, it’s time to hand it over to young generation.
Review 3：Easy access to Sestriere and other ski slopes, charming village with few places to eat and drink at night, clean place.
Review 4：Upon arrival at 9pm the hotel was in darkness and it took a call to the hotel via booking.com to get someone to open up. The guy (owner?) was very apologetic, saying he hadn't been notified of our booking but it felt rather strange knowing we were the only ones there.
Review 5：I can imagine this is a great place to stay in the skiing season. I'm sure it would be very welcoming to come back to.
Review 6：No English spoken during September. Owner only during September and had to find him to book in. (I visited in August and it was fine.) No internet access during three days. (Hard to book next stay!) Had to use local Biblio/Library for internet. Day old bread at breakfast one day although he did supply an apple cake to try to make up for it.
Review 7：Great location and rooms. Nice atmosphere. Owner is very hard working. Local supermarket and restaurants although at that time of year, almost no-one in them. Nice town, bakeries and surrounds.

Review 15：The staff just doesn't know how to communicate. We left the place 5 days ago and we didn't check in or out. There was no presentation / explanation of the place, how things work or not, what is included etc. All the chances we took to communicate and ask people about everything were responded in a strange way (now we realize that's probably why they didn't answer phones or email by months before we go). It's sad because its a very nice place, perfectly located in the city center etc. I would definitely recommend this place (it's comfortable, prices and breakfast are nice etc) if there wasn't this detail. It was supposed to be a pleasant and romantic moment and it was weird because of this lack of management of people.
Review 16：The location is perfect and we loved the fact that they include the transfers in and out to the station (11 km away) and to the ski lift (1 km away). In a very cold and snow situation, this is really important. The hotel is very nice, there are restaurants and a supermarket next door.
