Review 1：Asked to turn off the heating by night and it was done, but room remained exageratedly hot for the night and we didn't sleep well because of that. About 26C or 80F all night long, without being able to refresh the room, a nightmare!

Review 6：Everything! From the moment we arrived we knew that we would enjoy our stay. This is an exceptionally clean, comfortable and state of the art hotel....from the restful 'mood' music on arrival in the car park, through to Reception and great hospitality, chromatic shower, touch controls and a very comfortable room to excellent food in the restaurant. We loved it! It is close enough to walk to the old town but we didn't find parking difficult when we took the car. We were sorry to leave....we had a really lovely two days and would definitely want to stay there again.

We also found the dining staff, of which there were only two a male and a female-they were amazing-always polite and nice-but they were totally over worked and took a lot of heat from the ruder tourists. If anything maybe employ more staff.

Review 21：The free breakfast isn't great. Lots of white bread carbohydrates, with older produce. Eggs were not cooked well and coffees were mediocre. The wifi had a strong signal but wouldn't hold. We had to keep logging in every 3-5 minutes, which was frustrating. Also, while we didn't mind the walk, some people may be tired out by the mile long walk to the city center, especially at hotter times of the year. If you're fit and like to walk, this likely won't bother you.

Review 22：There is so much to like about this hotel. Beautiful new facilities with fun and functional design. Friendly, very helpful staff. A parking lot on the property at no extra charge! (which is rare in Europe) Also a rarity: a beautiful gym. The hotel is family-friendly, with a play space off the lobby area for young children, which will be helpful to parents who want to do a bit of map study before hitting the nearby sites in the old city centre of Lecce. The room refrigerator is restocked with free water every morning, which is a wonderful and surprising benefit. We booked this hotel for under €100 per night, which makes the value for the money shocking in the best possible way. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want a great hotel experience that is budget friendly.

Review 29：We arrived at 10 am for a breakfast that was due to last until 10.30 am. We had to ask for plates and cups, and the only bread available was a tasteless, white bread suitable only for toasting. We were able to have a breakfast, but not what we really expected.

Review 31：With all that technology it is strange, that they cannot manage a reasonable internet conection, complicated to connect, with different codes for different devices, continuos need of reconnection, and in peak times very slow and interrupted. Somehow unbeleivable at this level of services, and more than an embarassing small detail.

Review 102：Very modern hotel on a main road within easy walking distance of Lecce old town. The breakfast was excellent.The staff were very helpful. Our room was well equipped and quiet,(we were on the third floor at the rear and so were not affected by any possible noise.) There was plenty of parking and the location allowed us to visit the complete tip of the Salento peninsular, in addition to Lecce itself with relative ease. There was a good supermarket 2 minutes away on foot.

We finally figured out that the best way to walk into town is to walk to end of the hotel parking lot and then through the cut out in the short wall in front of the hotel. That puts you almost directly on the cross walk. It is easier than it sounds.
