Review 15：The staff could not be more friendly! The woman who checked us in, I believe her name was Karen, went out of her way to provide everything that I could possibly need and want. Numbers for food delivery, calling the taxi company to schedule a delivery, proactively asking if I wanted a wake up call, the dynamic between being so close to the day light savings border and the impact it has on flight timing, etc. I've never seen that kind of caring in any hotel I've stayed at...regardless of price point.

Review 16：We had an overnight stop here. Recieved a very friendly welcome from Karen. A little bit of noise from the nearby airport but it didn't keep us awake. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Courtesy phone call from manager before our arrival to check whether we needed transport from the airport, and then texting through directions on getting there from the airport. Basic crockery and cutlery provided. Birdsong in the mornings and view of distant treetops over local back gardens. Good laundry facilities. Shaded parking.

Review 25：Steps up to upper floor are bordering on dangerous with the narrow tread and incline on the step. No slip strips on them. Bed was too soft. I acknowledge they are new mattresses but not good for my back.

Review 40：beds are too hot, maybe due to low quality of mattress. we expected a two bed-room unit, so two families could be in two separate rooms, but it wasn't the case, one double-bed was in the so-called tiny living room, and there is no privacy for the 2nd family at all.

Review 80：Nothing really. Room didn't actually have a kitchen as such so hard to rate that but all the plates, bowls and cutlery etc you need for breakfast were provided. Stayed at another motel after this and they didn't provide any crockery except cups and one teaspoon!

My son left his electric razor behind and she rung and told us then went to the trouble of sending it to us by post and phoning to see when we would be home from our holiday to receive it. She also provided us with two bottles of milk, skim and full cream because no one in my family likes skim apart from me.

Review 104：This is the second time I have stayed at at this Motel... The staff (especially Karen) were extraordinarily friendly, courteous & helpful... The room was modern, fresh & comfortable... I found everything clean & tidy... Also the parking at the front door was fantastic as I had a bike on my car & was able to keep an eye on it... The icing on the cake was the free wi-fi AND the fresh milk instead of UHT milk... This will be my regular stay as I head North or South... Noise from the aircraft was minimal & did not disturb me at all... Thanks so very much...

Review 108：I liked how we got our breakfast (toast, cereal, milk etc.) came the night before. It is a great idea that way we can make it in our room and leave as early as possible. Instead some hotels offer breakfast but not until 7am or so. And a quick checkout putting our key in the box. Not only are the prices great for a night, but the breakfast option i will be back!!
