Reviews for Piccola Caracas B&B
Review 1:Maybe some savoury options for breakfast - cheese & ham etc.
Review 2:Excellent room & very nice bathroom, very comfortable & very clean. Small balcony also nice - overall an excellent B&B which I highly recommend.
Review 3:Licata isn't a very attractive city. Also, not a great breakfast.
Review 4:We were only in Licata to visit La Madia. This was perfect. In spite of a somewhat unprepossessing street, the Piccolo Caracus was terrific. Modern, comfortable, spacious (we had the junior suite).
Review 5:Did not feel very safe walking back from La Madia at midnight (2 ladies). First impressions of Licata wasn't good. Will not return to licata. Breakfast was poor but who needs breakfast after a very heavy dinner at La Madia!
Review 6:Modern decor, clean and comfortable room; easy parking. Friendly and helpful owner. 10 minute walk to La Madia Restaurant
Review 7:Nothing
Review 8:We chose to spend one night in Licata at Piccola Caracas as we had a dinner reservation at la Madia, which is a ( minutes walk away from the b&b. The place exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the standard double rooms, which was spotlessly clean, spacious and had a lovely little balcony. Wifi signal was perfect. The bathroom was very comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was also very nice. Off street parking right in front of the b&b is available. Overall I was impressed with this b&b and thought that it was exceptionally good value for money. I highly recommend to stay here if you are planning a visit to licata or to the agrigento area.
Review 9:Location: fair but far (from center - even if you can walk there) Some noise during the night (sounded like air conditioning but our was turned off)
Review 10:The restoration and interior's look and fell The cleaness The kindness of the staff
Review 11:Forget your English... owner speaks a little bit German, but not English. Poor breakfast, needed to wait while other family will end eating (no free tables). We arrived at siesta time (12-16 h), and had to wait for 2 hours, because nobody was at the office.
Review 12:nice design of the room, good location.
Review 13:Very unfriendly owner.we really were disaponted. Always had the feeling trat guest are not welcome
Review 14:the b & b was sooo hip and the design of the room was not only pleasing to the eye but convenient and comfortable as well. staff was very friendly and helpful.
Review 15:We had a small room but it was very clean and comfortable. Location is any easy stroll into town. We only stayed one night but this is a good location for exploring the southern coast of Sicily.
Review 16:The very efficient ventilation fan in the bathroom was also very noisy. Like an Alfa Romeo?
Review 17:The surprise of going through the front door. Consistent design and quality. An Alfa Romeo of B&B.
Review 18:Not really a B & B more a small chic hotel with no restaurant. The room we said in was very modern, extremely spacious and very comfortable. Just be aware that Picola Caracas is tucked up a side street but no far from the main streets of Licata.
Review 19:The people there are extremely friendly and very helpful. I only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. The room was excellent , very stylish, very clean, bathroom was spotless and very modern design. The breakfast was good, prepared by the owner who was very nice. I would recommend this b+b to anyone and have no hesitation in visiting again. Excellent.
Review 20:Vincenzo and Salvatore have done a wonderful job of creating an oasis of design and solitude along a nondescript strip of buildings in an old neighborhood and are delightful hosts. Our stay was excellent.
Review 21:- owners did not speak any other language but Italian - the men were very friendly, the young woman who 'welcomed' us when we arrived at 17 pm was not really friendly. She did not really look happy to see us and only said: 'nome?' (name?) and 'documenti?' (documents?). We did not get a city plan or an explanation about breakfast time etc
Review 22:- very very clean room - very beautiful room - good price
Review 23:The room was very comfortable with ample space including the bathroom which had shelving to house all my skin care products ! Towels were changed daily and the owners were very friendly. Would highly recommend it and was sad to leave.
Review 24:Not much but the town itself is just a town with little to attract. However the hinterland has many beautiful things to visit.
Review 25:It is an oasis in an old town. It has quality and friendliness throughout. The host is very friendly and keen to help. It is great value for money
Review 26:We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. The rooms are modern and decorated nicely. The hosts were great, we arrived early in the morning and they welcomed us with open hearts. Breakfast with fresh pastries was great.
Review 27:Lack of space, small bed
Review 28:Modern, well designed, functional, close to La Madia restaurant, parking in street outside, computer provided in room (no charge).
Review 29:Very nice, warming people there. one day we was to late for the breakfast, the staff wait for usfor to serve the breakfast at 11.15 a.m. this means a 1******, Hotel is close to the centrum, enough place for to park the car.
Review 30:To stay in a normal street in a little village; very close to 2 Michelin star restaurant La Madia. The B&B is almost a hotel. Beautiful building.
Review 31:Very modern, very well equipped accomodation with nice staff, good breakfast. Both the city centre and the nearby beaches are close.
Review 32:A stylish design hotel with a beautiful terrace, warm staff (although not english-speaking), nice breakfest, great comfortable bed and facilities.
Review 33:Location, FOC parking, good coffe, Friendly staff. Good WiFi
Review 34:Nice design of the b&b, clean and modern. Modest breakfast and the location not very convenient though.
