Review 7：We arrived at this Property and called their number for 2 hours and there was no one available to attend to us. This property dose not have a Reception or lobby. after long wait, an under age kid ran to us and told us that he was the receptionist. that proved everything. still we went to see the apartment, but it was not as it described. i told them that it is impossible for me to sat at this property because it dose not match anything close to what i saw in the internet. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE

Review 12：We enjoyed our overall stay. Accomodation is as promised in the website. Service staff and owner are extremely helpful and prompt.

Review 17：The exterior of the appartment,lift n corridor etc are not properly maintained n house keeping was bad too. We stayed for 3nights but they didn't bother to change the linens/towels or even not cleaned the appartments. But we used to arrive late at night n after getting up used to leave the appartment asap so didn't bother much.

Review 28：This serviced apartment is right in the thick of South Goa. Well maintained rooms and bathrooms, clubbed with a nice swimming pool as well. And there's brilliant food right next to the complex - A resto-bar (Kudos : quite possibly the best around that place). Super economic option if you have a ride to go around Goa. But a vehicle is a MUST, co's you're practically away from all the beaches.

Review 29：Only thing we didnt got is WiFi.. Which is most necessary need for everyone but still they had their own reason for not having WiFi connection which was somewhat an excuse for us! Hope next time this wont happen...

Review 30：We stayed there for 3 night 4 days and in that period , the time we spent in this hotel was worth every penny... We were 5 friends and we opted for 2BHK apartment.. It was home away from home for us! Excellent!

We had a experience of staying in a luxurious house for 3 days. Mr. Alok Nayak the owner of this service apartment was a very kind gentleman, respecting the customers in a highly professional manner. I prefer EXCELSIOR for next visit to GOA.
