Review 1：The beds are not comfortable. They are firm, but a bit lumpy (uneven springs) Like any city center location, choose your room carefully if quiet is very important. The way they handle the internet connections is a pain if you have to be on it regularly. You have to sign in with a code and password every time and it times out. If they could address these two things this place would be wonderful because it is in a great spot for people wanting to explore the beautiful city of Lecce and the rate is very reasonable.

Review 2：Location is great. Breakfast on the top floor was nice and we appreciated the addition of eggs to the offerings which included fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cheeses...The decor is very nice and the staff was good. The place was very clean which I appreciated. No carpets anywhere.

Review 8：For a four star hotel the breakfast was disappointing. Low quality ham and cheese, tinned fruit for yogurt although basic fresh fruit for peeling was available. Uninspiring selection of pastries which didn't seem particularly fresh. The radiator in our room needed replacing.

Review 9：Location was excellent, approximately 10 minute level walk from railway station and right in the centre of the old city. Room was very comfortable and staff were very helpful in accommodating our request for a quiet room which meant that we slept very well.

Review 54：1.I booked a double room and was allocated a very small room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom then a double room above accessed by a steep rickety stair with loose bannister. I am not sure why we were assigned this room because the space above was entirely useless to us. 2. The shower was complicated and did not work very well. The steam function came on accidentally and appeared to have a problem with temperature regulation hence unsafe. 3.The bathroom soap dispenser did not work 4.At check in the receptionists appeared very flustered and unsure of the booking, did not provide adequate information about the hotel, and were later unhelpful when there was a problem with the shower 5.Breakfast was meagre and limited and served on an unattractive roof terrace 6.Overall of the 4 hotels in which we stayed last week this represented the least enjoyable experience and worst value for money
