Review 1：During the breakfast, they serve instant coffee in a Illy cup. They should make the breakfast more expensive and serve decent coffee.

Review 25：3rd reservation we made that had a pool. All 3 the pool was unusable as the water is too cold. Bed in bedroom quite uncomfortable. Saggy in the middle. Ended up sleeping on hide-away bed. That's a first. How about a soap dish in the shower? Having to bend down to the floor to pick up soap/shampoo in an already small shower is quite a feat.

Review 27：Borgo Badia is a lovely hotel/resort perched on a ridge overlooking the Umbrian countryside. It is a quiet retreat yet close to the many sights of the area. The restaurant has a very good menu serving delicious local fare. I would highly recommend Holiday House Borga Badia.

Review 29：The location in the heart of Umbria. The peace & the serenity of the countryside. The apartment was extremely clean, equipped & comfortable. The bed was the best.The owner was extremely welcoming. The breakfast was adequate but well served. The internet was fast & good connection. Reasonably easy to find but could do with better signage from the main road. Wish we could have stayed longer to facilities were so good.

Review 30：The swimmingpools were closed, eventhough it was 26 degrees and it wasstill october (the website says the pools are open until november). Weslept in the fourbedroom house, which was great, but the beds were notcomfortable. After six nights even the younger children had back aches.

They totally spoilt the children and the accommodation was huge and great value. We had a whole 4br house to ourselves and a massive yard for the kids to romp.
