Review 1：The waitresses were confused and disorganized during dinners.

Review 2：The staff was perfect, always helpful. The surrounding alpine area was great for tourism. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast in the mountains.

Review 3：- we got view to a cemetery (eco room on 3rd floor) - on most of the days the breakfast was ok, but once the choice was poor due a Dutch group who ate everything...

Review 10：The staff were very friendly and helpful. Emails before our trip were answered promptly and were very helpful allowing us to organise our trip better and relieve any stress. All the staff treated us with kindness and enthusiasm and knew what we wanted before we did. The hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room which was of a very high standard. The spa area was clean and had lots of lovely herbal teas to drink. All the food was lovely and plentiful and the afternoon soup was especially welcome after a hard days snowboarding!
